Can God be tortured? Provide reasons please..?

Tortures only come to the ignorant wrongdoers and their powerless victims.
The One True God is Omniscient and Omnipotent, so nothing can touch Him, either good or bad. He ordains all good things, ignorant people see them as bad. Water is good, ignorant people drink poisonous water, so it becomes bad.

Why do good things happen to bad people ?

it seems like authenicaly good people always get dealt a bad hand , it seems like people that have dark desires , and misplaced morales and cold blood always end up winning the lottery or something totally amazing happns to them , why do good things happen to bad people ???

All things given by the One True God are good.
There are no good people or bad people; there are only mature or immature people. Good things can never happen to bad people. Watch closely you will see that they use the so-called good things to harm themselves and other people. Only mature peolple are happy, useful and progressive.
Fire is good to all mature people. When an immature person uses it to burn his house or burn himself, it becomes bad.

Mankind are entering the age of maturity, brutal punishement is no longer suitable. Many world agencies have called for elimination of corporal and capital punishment. Men will become more self-disciplined by their high level of education.

Could we combat terrorism by turning the names of their groups into brands?

The recognition element of any terrorist group is their name. If that name has ridiculous connotations, wouldn’t that harm their purposes, simply because the world population would not immediately associate terror with the name anymore?
Take any terrorist group’s name and print it on products of everyday use: “X-Paper Tissues”, Y-Shoes”, “Z-Backpacks”?
Yes, they could keep on bombing, but would they, if they know that maybe 50 people were killed while 2 billion laugh for a second because they hear on the news that a bathroom sponge has struck again?
Yes, they could change their name – but then they’d be looking as ridiculous as the “Judea People’s Front” in Monty Python’s “Life of Brian”.

We can combat terrorism by combatting hatred and other negative thoughts in our own self first. If we consider simply that we are good and those we condemn as terrorists are bad, we may make lots of mistakes. Any human being who struggles against his own evils, immediately becomes good; any being who does the reverse, immediately becomes bad. The solution is education of oneself, not of labelling, accusing, killing.

I believe both.
Evolution in each plane, such as stone evolves into jade; a seed evolves into fruit; a chicken evolves into maturity to reproduce; a man evolves from embryo into the age of reproduction, especially from bruteness into nobility. Nothing evolves to become something on another plane.
Another aspect of evolution is that dust moves up to become part of the vegetable, part of the animal, part of the human body, but not to become spirit. Spirit comes from the spiritual world. Man cannot create spirit, therefore he cannot make any living things.
Creation of all worlds and all creatures is from the One True God. He ordains for all to exist with natural, human and divine laws. All this truth is taught in the Holy Books of the Divine Messengers of God.
