Now the rational beings are not sufficiently advanced to cover the distance of scores of light years.
Perhaps in the next millenium, people will cross the planetary spaces as our ancestors crossed the oceans. And by then we will be civilized enough to cooperate in establishing a planetary civilization.

Abdul-Baha says:

If love and agreement are manifest in a single family, that family will advance, become illumined and spiritual; but if enmity and hatred exist within it destruction and dispersion are inevitable. This is likewise true of a city. If those who dwell within it manifest a spirit of accord and fellowship it will progress steadily and human conditions become brighter whereas through enmity and strife it will be degraded and its inhabitants scattered. In the same way the people of a nation develop and advance toward civilization and enlightenment through love and accord, and are disintegrated by war and strife. Finally, this is true of humanity itself in the aggregate. When love is realized and the ideal spiritual bonds unite the hearts of men, the whole human race will be uplifted, the world will continually grow more spiritual and radiant and the happiness and tranquillity of mankind be immeasurably increased. Warfare and strife will be uprooted, disagreement and dissension pass away and Universal Peace unite the nations and peoples of the world. (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 229)

BAHA’U’LLAH’S CALL LEADS ME TO THESE GREAT NATIONS TO MEET HIS FAITHFUL

What foreign countries have you been to, if any?

Answer by pukirahe Mar 12th, 2011 at 3:35AM

Before 1970, I have been visiting Italy, Thailand, Iran, Israel, Malaysia, Bolivia, USA, and in all these countries I have met noble human beings. This proves in my mind more firmly that all men are the children of God that I sincerely love and respect. And now I am still in good relation with the people and their relatives. Wishing HAPPY NAW-RUZ to them and to you all.

Baha’u’llah says:

Say, God is my witness! The Promised One Himself hath come down from heaven, seated upon the crimson cloud with the hosts of revelation on His right, and the angels of inspiration on His left, and the Decree hath been fulfilled at the behest of God, the Omnipotent, the Almighty. Thereupon the footsteps of everyone have slipped except such as God hath protected through His tender mercy and numbered with those who have recognized Him through His Own Self and detached themselves from all that pertaineth to the world.” (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 182)

LOVE AND FAITH AND WISDOM ARE DIVINE BLESSINGS FOR ALL GOD’S FAITHFUL CHILDREN

What is your most treasured memory? Where and Why?

Answer by pukirahe Jan 1st, 2010 at 9:59PM

Pilgrimage with my wife to the Baha’i Holy Land in Haifa, Israel, 1968. Is it necessary to tell why? That is divine bliss beyond all description.

Baha’u’llah says:

Fix your gaze upon wisdom in all things, for it is an unfailing antidote. How often hath it turned a disbeliever into a believer or a foe into a friend? Its observance is highly essential, inasmuch as this theme hath been set forth in numerous Tablets revealed from the empyrean of the Will of Him Who is the Manifestation of the light of divine unity. Well is it with them that act accordingly. (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 256)

Abdul-Baha says:

O thou servant of the One true God! In this universal dispensation man’s wondrous craftsmanship is reckoned as worship of the Resplendent Beauty. Consider what a bounty and blessing it is that craftsmanship is regarded as worship. In former times, it was believed that such skills were tantamount to ignorance, if not a misfortune, hindering man from drawing nigh unto God. Now consider how His infinite bestowals and abundant favours have changed hell-fire into blissful paradise, and a heap of dark dust into a luminous garden. (Abdu’l-Baha, Selections from the Writings of Abdu’l-Baha, p. 145)

KNOWING ONESELF IS THE PRIME CONDITION FOR MAN TO KNOW THE LORD GOD

What is the best advice you’ve ever given and received?

Answer by pukirahe Jan 4th, 2010 at 5:04PM

Know thyself and be thyself. This is a twin and inseparable advice.
Some more words for meditation:
He who knows himself knows God.
God is unknowable.
God is closer to man than his life veins.

Baha’u’llah says:

“The first Taraz and the first effulgence which hath dawned from the horizon of the Mother Book is that man should know his own self and recognize that which leadeth unto loftiness or lowliness, glory or abasement, wealth or poverty. Having attained the stage of fulfilment and reached his maturity, man standeth in need of wealth, and such wealth as he acquireth through crafts or professions is commendable and praiseworthy in the estimation of men of wisdom, and especially in the eyes of servants who dedicate themselves to the education of the world and to the edification of its peoples. They are, in truth, cup-bearers of the life-giving water of knowledge and guides unto the ideal way.” (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 34)

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESS

Is it about time i start to ask some silly questions for a change?

i cant be serious all the time

Answer by pukirahe Mar 11th, 2011 at 8:15PM

Yes, all questions are in fact stupid questions!
The most stupid and most asked questions are:
What is life, what is death and why should we live?
Who like to answer and who can answer these questions?
I say that all sorts of questions should be asked, because this is
the only way for human development and progress.

When I was young, I wrongly thought that I am a huge and bright sun

while other people are little and gloomy stars.

When starting to get some learning, I realized that the so-called

gloomy stars are galaxies billions of times greater than the sun.

I begin to believe various scientists and philosophers who claim

that the physical world is the huge universe while man is the smaller entity.

But my whole pride collapses when I read the following verse of Baha’u’llah:

The All-Merciful hath conferred upon man the faculty of vision, and endowed him with the power of hearing. Some have described him as the “lesser world,” when, in reality, he should be regarded as the “greater world.” The potentialities inherent in the station of man, the full measure of his destiny on earth, the innate excellence of his reality, must all be manifested in this promised Day of God. (Baha’u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u'llah, p. 340)

By keeping on asking and answering several questions, again and againd, I come to this humble realization:

Since man is the spiritual being, he is endowed with all the qualities of God, so he is like God, he can do the Will of God under God’s guidance, and attain all the knowledge of the hidden treasures of God and enjoy all the great things that God promises to give him, while the boundless physical universe remains inanimate as a dead thing. My love and thankfulness to God for this bestowal on man, causes me to love and respect all human beings, who are equally the noble children of God. And so on and so forth…as I write on my blogs.

To ask and anwser

Questions is the only way

For development

THIS IS THE NEW DAY WHEN ALL THINGS ARE MADE NEW FOR MAN TO LIVE A NEW LIFE

Do you want a new life?

What will be differen’t from the one you have now?

Answer by pukirahe Mar 11th, 2011 at 4:15PM

Yes, definitely.
Physically new: not fearing of bodily decomposition.
Mentally new: Following closely new developments on earth
in order to adjust old concepts.
Spiritually new: Practicing more actively the teachings of Baha’u'llah,
the New Prophet for this Age.
All of this only requires new learning and new thinking
that can be done by myself right now.

Baha’u’llah says:

“These are, O my Lord, the days in which Thou hast bidden Thy servants to observe the fast. Blessed is he that observeth the fast wholly for Thy sake and with absolute detachment from all things except Thee. Assist me and assist them. O my Lord, to obey Thee and to keep Thy precepts. Thou, verily, hast power to do what Thou choosest. (Baha’u’llah, Baha’i Prayers, p. 244)
