MAN IS THE SPIRIT THAT MASTERS HIS PHYSICAL BODY IN ACTIVITY

Do you think there is a cordination between the size of a person organs in reationship to their brain capacity?

Aswer by pukirahe Nov 9th, 2009 at 6:04PM

The body is the servant, and not a friend or master of the mind. Lots of great people are dwarfs.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Let us listen to a symphony which will confer  78  life on man; then we can obtain universal results; then we shall receive a new spirit; then we shall become illumined. Let us investigate a song which is above all songs; one which will develop the spirit and produce harmony and exhilaration, unfolding the inner potentialities of life.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 77)

NOBODY CAN LIVE HAPPILY WITHOUT FAITH

I am living without faith from now on, because it doesn’t work for me. What are you living without this year?

Answer by pukirahe Mar 21st, 2011 at 3:16AM

Nobody can live happily without faith.
We can stick to it short, long or ferever, depending on our independent choice.
Faith on human beings is usually short, because it is fraud.
Faith on some religion might be longer, because our knowledge is limited.
Only conscious faith on God is eternal. And this requires our free and patient search for the truth.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Although a person of good deeds is acceptable at the Threshold of the Almighty, yet it is first “to know,” and then “to do.” Although a blind man produceth a most wonderful and exquisite art, yet he is deprived of seeing it. Consider how most animals labor for man, draw loads and facilitate travel; yet, as they are ignorant, they receive no reward for this toil and labor. The cloud raineth, roses and hyacinths grow; the plain and meadow, the garden and trees become green and blossom; yet they do not realize the results and outcome of all these. The lamp is lighted, but as it hath not a conscious knowledge of itself, no one hath become glad because of it. Moreover, a soul of excellent deeds and good manners will undoubtedly advance from whatever horizon he beholdeth the lights radiating. Herein lies the difference: By faith is meant, first, conscious knowledge, and second, the practice of good deeds. (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 382)

WHO CAN HONESTLY EARN HIS OWN LIVING WITHOUT DEPENDING ON GOD?

What do you do for a living?

Answer by pukirahe Mar 21st, 2011 at 2:46AM

I can never earn my living.
In my childhood, I depend on my parents.
In my adulthood, on my wife.
Then, quite a long time, on the jailers.
Now, a septenary, on my children.

It seems that, for my whole life, I fully depend on God.

Abdul-Baha says:

And as we reflect, we observe that man is like unto a tiny organism contained within a fruit; this fruit hath developed out of the blossom, the blossom hath grown out of the tree, the tree is sustained by the sap, and the sap formed out of earth and water. How then can this tiny organism comprehend the nature of the garden, conceive of the gardener and comprehend his being? That is manifestly impossible. Should that organism understand and reflect, it would observe that this garden, this tree, this blossom, this fruit would in nowise have come to exist by themselves in such order and perfection. Similarly the wise and reflecting soul will know of a certainty that this infinite universe with all its grandeur and order could not have come to exist by itself.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 343)

YEAR 2012 IS FAR MORE ADVANCED THAN THE PREVIOUS YEARS

What do you think will happen in 2012?

Best Answer by pukirahe (Chosen by Voting): Nov 14th, 2009 at 12:43AM

Birth, old age, sickness, death will occur perhaps at a higher rate. And superstitious people will become more superstitious.

Baha’u’llah says:

“We, verily, have caused all things to mirror forth thy reality, and made thee as a mirror of Our own Self. Shed, then, upon the breasts of all created beings the splendours of the light of thy Lord, that they may be freed from all allusions and limitations. Thus hath the Daystar of wisdom shone forth above the horizon of the Pen of the Eternal King. Blessed are those who perceive it! Through thee have We created other sanctified breasts, and unto thee shall We cause them to return, as a token of Our grace unto thee and unto Our favoured servants. Erelong shall We bring into being through thee men with sanctified and illumined breasts, who will testify to naught save My beauty and show forth naught but the resplendent light of My countenance. These shall in truth be the mirrors of My Names amidst all created things.” (Baha’u'llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 35)

WE FEAR NO LOSS OF MEMORY OR TREASURES WHEN WE REMEMBER GOD

Have you ever walked into a room in your house and then forget what you went in there for?

It’s scary how many times it can happen to me.

Answer by pukirahe Mar 19th, 2011 at 8:05PM

It’s natural with people over 50-year old of my generation,
and younger in this generation.
Previously, our memory degenerates;
now you have too many things to remember!

Abdul-Baha says:

“It is incumbent upon thee to turn wholly unto the Kingdom of God, to enter entirely into this wonderful Cause, and to make thy thought, remembrance and effort confined to the education of thy character, the enlightenment through the light of Abha, and to guide the people to the source of the mercy of thy Lord, the Clement, the Merciful.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 361)

KIDS ARE NOT YOUR KIDS BUT THEY ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD AND HE SURELY LOVES THEM

Do you have or want kids how many?

Best Answer by pukirahe (Chosen By Asker): Nov 11th, 2009 at 6:07AM

I had made the list of 9 names, but I have got only 3 children. I think that parents should have as many children as they could, because the world can sustain 150 billion people. Starvation today is not due to overpopulation, but due to hatred among human beings, poor production and distribution of resources.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Here we comprehend according to environment and adaptation. This world is not much of a place for the realization of truth. This world is but the womb of the world of reality. Twins in the matrix may even embrace each other without knowing what they do. They are in darkness and cannot know their relationship to their mother who nourishes them, or their father who cares for them and provides for them. However, when they are born out of the world of darkness and live in this world, they realize each other and become assured that they have a father and a mother. So will you become assured when you enter the world of light and then you will realize how great is my fatherhood for you.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 112)

WHY ENMITY SOUNDS NOISILY IN THE NAME OF DIVINE RELIGION?

What do you think about the plans to burn Korans on 911 and how eould feel if others burned the Bible or Torah

Answer by pukirahe Aug 26th, 2010 at 11:15PM

The burning of books, especially the Holy Books,
will only encourage the fanatics, the fundamentalists,
the secularists…to fall into more brutal violence.
This is the Age of learning, of sweet words, of great books.

Abdul-Baha says:

“The thoughts of man shall take such upward flight that former accomplishments shall appear as the play of children; — for the ideas and beliefs of the past and the prejudices regarding race and religion have ever been lowering and destructive to human evolution. I am most hopeful that in this century these lofty thoughts shall be conducive to human welfare. Let this century be the sun of previous centuries the effulgences of which shall last forever, so that in times to come they shall glorify the twentieth century, saying the twentieth century was the century of lights, the twentieth century was the century of life, the twentieth century was the century of international peace, the twentieth century was the century of divine bestowals and the twentieth century has left traces which shall last forever.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 233)
