When I have a hot problem, I ask God and He gives me immediately His omniscient and omnipotent answer. Here are some examples:

O God, what should I do with my sadness?

Immediately He says:

“35. O SON OF MAN! Sorrow not save that thou art far from Us. Rejoice not save that thou art drawing near and returning unto Us.”  (Baha’u'llah, The Arabic Hidden Words)

On another occasion, He instantly says:

Sorrow not if, in these days and on this earthly plane, things contrary to your wishes have been ordained and manifested by God, for days of blissful joy, of heavenly delight, are assuredly in store for you.” (Baha’u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u'llah, p. 329)

Yet, another time He promptly answers:

“Sorrow not for that which hath befallen thee. Thou hast borne for My love that which most people have never endured. Thy Lord knoweth and is informed of all. He was with thee in the assemblages and gatherings, and heard that which flowed from the wellspring of thy heart in remembrance of thy Lord, the All-Merciful. This, indeed, is a token of His bountiful favour.” (Baha’u'llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 149)

So, where else do you think that I should turn to for solutions of the problems of my life and of the world?

 Baha’u’llah says:

And it was this peerless Source of wisdom that at the beginning of the foundation of the world ascended the stair of inner meaning and when enthroned upon the pulpit of utterance, through the operation of the divine Will, proclaimed two words. The first heralded the promise of reward, while the second voiced the ominous warning of punishment. The promise gave rise to hope and the warning begat fear. Thus the basis of world order hath been firmly established upon these twin principles. Exalted is the Lord of Wisdom, the Possessor of Great Bounty.”  (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 66)

 Baha’u’llah says:

“Above all else, the greatest gift and the most wondrous blessing hath ever been and will continue to be Wisdom. It is man’s unfailing Protector. It aideth him and strengtheneth him. Wisdom is God’s Emissary and the Revealer of His Name the Omniscient. Through it the loftiness of man’s station is made manifest and evident. It is all-knowing and the foremost Teacher in the school of existence. It is the Guide and is invested with high distinction. Thanks to its educating influence earthly beings have become imbued with a gem-like spirit which outshineth the heavens. In the city of justice it is the unrivalled Speaker Who, in the year nine, illumined the world with the joyful tidings of this Revelation.” (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 66)

WHY BIRD BECOMES BUZZWORD?

My husband wants to know: do you think in words, sounds, colors, or something else entirely?

Asked By: SummerWind18

I asked, does this have to do with nlp? and he said no just different people think differently, I think in words. I said, the answer is going to be all of them of course! well let’s see what people say…

Answer by pukirahe Aug 16th, 2009 at 3:30AM

People think in images, that is why idolatry exists early in the human history. Then monotheist religions forbid worship of images, because God is beyond all physical means. So, moderate thinking replaces images with spiritual qualities, such as love, wisdom, justice… Finally, true thinking is complete abstraction.
We have art, philosophy, science…as three steps of our thinking. So, true religion is the divine science and art.

Abdul-Baha says:

“The first summer was dreadful. ‘Akká is a fever-ridden town. It was said that a bird attempting to fly over it would drop dead. The food was poor and insufficient, the water was drawn from a fever-infected well and the climate and conditions were such, that even the natives of the town fell ill. Many soldiers succumbed and eight out of ten of our guard died. During the intense heat, malaria, typhoid and dysentery attacked the prisoners, so that all, men, women and children, were sick at one time. There were no doctors, no medicines, no proper food, and no treatment of any kind.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Abdu’l-Baha in London, p. 115)

FROM BREAST TO BREAST TRUTH IS TOLD (Continued)

Do you try to learn a new word every day?

Asked By: mzdivine

What’s your new word and meaning for TODAY?

By asking and answering questions, I learn lots of new words every day.
There are no new words in your question, but I find out 3 things anew:
1. Words not only have meanings, but they also have encouraging, transformative, creative powers…
2. The more we try to learn, the more we will progress physically, mentally and spiritually in our daily life.
3. But the purpose of our life is more important: learning to serve or to dominate!

Abdul-Baha says:

“The bird is a captive in the air and the fish a captive in the sea. Man alone stands apart and says to the elements, I will make you my servants! I can govern you! He takes electricity, and through his ingenuity imprisons it and makes of it a wonderful power for lighting, and a means of communication to a distance of thousands of miles. But man himself may become a captive to the things he has invented. His true second birth occurs when he is freed from all material things: for he only is free who is not a captive to his desires. He has then as Jesus has said, become captive to the Holy Spirit.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Abdu’l-Baha in London, p. 87)

 Bird captive in the air

Man captive Holy Spirit

That is destiny
