EXCESS LEADS TO WISDOM?

What do you think, the road of excess leads to the Palace of Wisdom

Yes, “the Palace of Excessive Wisdom”, not at all practical wisdom.
Moderation is the golden rule in all things.
And heedless people can never reach the Middle Way.

Year of the Dragon, Day 8

This is the first time in history that God directly
pens down His Words to tell mankind who they
are, how are their relations to God and what they
should do to obtain His good pleasure.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Call out to Zion, O Carmel, and announce the joyful tidings: He that was hidden from mortal eyes is come! His all-conquering sovereignty is manifest; His all-encompassing splendor is revealed. Beware lest thou hesitate or halt. Hasten forth and circumambulate the City of God that hath descended from heaven, the celestial Kaaba round which have circled in adoration the favored of God, the pure in heart, and the company of the most exalted angels.” (Baha’u’llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, p. 15)

Good Question? (3)

It is really good that you are asking just when I am
coming back from dead bed after 3 days
of expensive treatment.
Life is very, very precious. People are working to death
to earn money for preserving life at all costs.
Now you have life, laugh out loud for it.
Now you can seek for friends on EP, be happy with it.
Go out, and assist a person who is more miserable than you
(there are lots of them around you now), and be happy with
your greater destiny.
Then keep on looking for more miserable people to help them,
you will realize how great is your destiny as a human being,
especially in this Age of World fellowship.

Abdul-Baha says:

“It is a common existence, comprehensible to the human mind, is not ancient, is dependent and hath a cause to it. The mortal substance does not become eternal and vice versa; the human kind does not become a Creator and vice versa. The transformation of the innate substance is impossible.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Selections from the Writings of Abdu’l-Baha, p. 61)

HOW TO MOTIVATE MYSELF?

How to motivate myself?

Asked By: richellnavarro 1 hour ago

Answer by pukirahe Jan 26th, 2012 at 3:52AM

Know yourself and be yourself,
this is most powerful motivation.
Know that you have free and independent spirit,
that needs be developed by your own learning.
Then with accurate knowledge, you will shape
your own destiny based on your own potentialities
and circumstances.
Other people may advice you, but nobody
can really help, Yes, you are your master.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Direct thine attention to the holy Tablets; read thou the Ishraqat, Tajalliyyat, the Words of Paradise, the Glad Tidings, the Tarazat, the Most Holy Book. Then wilt thou see that today these heavenly Teachings are the remedy for a sick and suffering world, and a healing balm for the sores on the body of mankind. They are the spirit of life, the ark of salvation, the magnet to draw down eternal glory, the dynamic power to motivate the inner self of man.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Selections from the Writings of Abdu’l-Baha, p. 61)

IS VIOLENCE EVER NECESSARY?

Is violence ever necessary? If so, when? If not, why isn’t it?

Asked By: rolanalphred 1 hour ago

Answer by pukirahe Jan 26th, 2012 at 3:27AM

Nobody wishes to receive violent actions.
We think that they should be used to train other people,
and history shows that this thinking is completely wrong.
We all love knowledge, wisdom, justice… which are the sweet
fruit of education for a better and more civilized world.
Sooner or later, we will banish all torments, retaliations, wars…
and beautify our planet with ornaments of sweet specch,
warm fellowship and positive cooperation for collective progress.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Some of the creatures of existence can live solitary and alone. A tree, for instance, may live without the assistance and cooperation of other trees. Some animals are isolated and lead a separate existence away from their kind. But this is impossible for man. In his life and being cooperation and association are essential. Through association and meeting we find happiness and development, individual and collective.” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Promulgation of Universal Peace, p. 35)

WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH OMNIPOTENCE?

If you could be God for a day, what would you do?

Asked By: BrodyBear 36 minutes ago

Answer by pukirahe Jan 26th, 2012 at 2:51AM

I would deprive humans from their freedom of choice.
I would destroy them all if they complained.
I would allow monkeys to evolve as humans.
I would allow them to kill themselves like wild beasts.
I would say “Be” and all creation functions again normally;
and I begged God for forgiveness to my childish imagination.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Art thou able to express thyself when brought face to face with the billowing ocean of Mine utterance? Canst thou unloose thy tongue when confronted with the shrill voice of My Pen? Hast thou any power before the revelations of Mine omnipotence? Judge thou fairly, I adjure thee by God, and call to mind when thou didst stand in the presence of this Wronged One and We dictated to thee the verses of God, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting. Beware lest the source of falsehood withhold thee from the manifest Truth.” (Baha’u’llah, Tablets of Baha’u’llah, p. 75)
