I pray three times a day,
for all or most people on earth to be educated.
I remember that in 1990 the UN had launched a project
to end illiteracy before the end of the 20th century. I don’t
know where to get the result of this project.
I also dare not set a date for popular education,
but I also pray that this would be accomplished
in this decade.
Yes, I will keep on praying for many things
and my highest hope is about education.
Do you want to join me in this prayer?

Abdul-Baha says:
“What is the mission of the Prophet, and what is the object of a divine law? In answer we stated: There is no doubt that the purpose of a divine law is the education of the human race, the training of humanity. All mankind may be considered as pupils or children who are in need of a divine Educator, a real Teacher. (Abdu’l-Baha, The Promulgation of Universal Peace, p. 411)
