Good Question? (3)

Answer by pukirahe Mar 10th, 2012 at 4:26AM

The truth sets us free.
What is Truth? Words of the One True God.
What is freedom? Detachment from our lower self
and from things relating to this phenomenal world.
Where are the creative words? How can we know for
sure that they are from God? How to detach from this world?
But where is God? Why most believers of God are
confusing themselves? So, who am I to answer
satisfactorily all these questions for the
suffering and questioning human race?

Abdul-Baha says:

“God has given man the eye of investigation by which he may see and recognize truth. He has endowed man with ears that he may hear the message of reality and conferred upon him the gift of reason by which he may discover things for himself. This is his endowment and equipment for the investigation of reality. Man is not intended to see through the eyes of another, hear through another’s ears nor comprehend with another’s brain. Each human creature has individual endowment, power and responsibility in the creative plan of God.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Foundations of World Unity, p. 75)

CAN A CHRISTIAN UNDERSTAND OTHER RELIGIONS?

What can a Christian learn from studying other religions?

Asked By: appointed3rd 3 hours ago

Answer by pukirahe Mar 10th, 2012 at 3:46AM

The Christians do not understand the religion of Christ,
how can they understand other religions?
If I were wrong, why there were thousands of Christian sects?
Hence, I can say that nobody should claim to be possessors
of any truths, even truths concerning their own branches of learning.
No scientist understands all sciences; no philosopher all
philosophic theories, no politician all political systems!
Therefore, if we learn something in the spirit of opening
our mind to some new realities, we may come closer to
other people. If we study to reject the knowledge of other
people, we are isolating ourself into obsolete boxes.
Luckily, today we have the Internet as a powerful instrument
for each individual to open various boxes. The more mature he will
become, more universal knowledge he will gain
to consort with the rest of the world.
And, because this is the Age of human maturity, individuals
are advancing rapidly without waiting for the commands of their
narrow-minded or even outdated leaders.
Yes, the God of all worlds is leading His children to Him
through narrow doors, one by one, as the way they are
to this world. The difference is that each one is now making
free choice more freely and independently.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Among these teachings was the independent investigation of reality so that the world of humanity may be saved from the darkness of imitation and attain to the truth; may tear off and cast away this ragged and outgrown garment of 1,000 years ago and may put on the robe woven in the utmost purity and holiness in the loom of reality. As reality is one and cannot admit of multiplicity, therefore different opinions must ultimately become fused into one.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 285)

SHOULD NON-MAJOR RELIGIONS BE BANNED?

Should all non-major religions of the world be banned? Therefore creating a religion illegal?

Asked By: damoinoz 38 minutes ago

Excluding Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judism and maybe others I missed. People seem to make religion to profit from the gullible and brainwash kids. Scientologists you suck!

Good Question? (4)

Who have the power and wisdom to do this?
Men cannot ban war, opium, prostitution…;
how can they ban religions, even the so-called
minor ones?
Mature individuals will make wiser choice themselves.
They will know better how to tread the right Path
of the One True God, to conduct a new life
more profitable and more glorious
for themselves and for the world.
God has given free will for individuals to make choice,
not for tyrants to dictate their limited views and wishes.

Baha’u’llah says:

“No sooner had mankind attained the stage of maturity, than the Word revealed to men’s eyes the latent energies with which it had been endowed — energies which manifested themselves in the plenitude of their glory when the Ancient Beauty appeared, in the year sixty, in the person of Ali-Muhammad, the Báb.” (Baha’u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u'llah, p. 77)

All things concerning myself on the Internet are real,
but they belong to the phenomenal world. In a moment
they will become unreal.
My real identity that exists eternally like yours
is unknown to all people. Pukirahe is its symbol.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Strive, O people, that your eyes may be directed towards the mercy of God, that your hearts may be attuned to His wondrous remembrance, that your souls may rest confidently upon His grace and bounty, that your feet may tread the path of His good-pleasure. Such are the counsels which I bequeath unto you. Would that ye might follow My counsels!” (Baha’u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u'llah, p. 297)
