It would be like a day without a book.
The Internet is a living compilation
of all books, past, present and future.
It is really hard for me to think of a
civilized world without books of all
science, philosophy, art…
It may collapse because of overload,
but with the present knowledge and experience,
it will be restored with all data easily retrieved.
It is evident that the mature humanity
are advancing with footsteps of giants.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Should you spend all your time in praising God, you could never be sufficiently grateful for having brought you to this great day of fruition when the tree of reality is bearing its fruit.

When we read ancient history, the history of the middle ages and the history of contemporaneous times, we realize how little the world of yesterday resembles the world of today.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 66)

Haifa, Israel, because Mount Carmel in that Provonce
is the Holy land, and people living there are religious:
they are pious Jews, Christians, Muslims….
There are there the famous Baha’i Gardens which are
recognised by UNESCO as world heritage. When people
arrive at Tel Aviv airport, they see right there a big board
showing the Shrine of the Bab with the attractive caption:
“Don’t miss the Baha’i Gardens”.
I want to live there, in Haifa.
I want to visit it every year.
I want to travel to Haifa at least once every three years.
The first time I made pilgrimage to Haifa was on August1968.
My second pilgrimage is 44 years later, this May 2012.
And now I am praying for my third pilgrimage.

“All glory be to this Day, the Day in which the fragrances of mercy have been wafted over all created things, a Day so blest that past ages and centuries can never hope to rival it, a Day in which the countenance of the Ancient of Days hath turned towards His holy seat. Thereupon the voices of all created things, and beyond them those of the Concourse on High, were heard calling aloud: ‘Haste thee, O Carmel, for lo, the light of the countenance of God, the Ruler of the Kingdom of Names and Fashioner of the heavens, hath been lifted upon thee.’ (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 1)

DOES IT MATTER FOR BEING GAY?

Does it really matter if people are gay or not?

Straight, Gay, Lesbian… have nothing to do
with the nobility, dignity, magnanimity…of a human,

rational, spiritual being.
The body is not the ultimate end of human life. It is
only a means for the development of the human spirit,
like a horse for the horseman on his journey here.
The soul will conrinue its eternal journey through
all the worlds of God to enjoy greater gifts from
His boundless love.

“Were the physical world not accompanied by this spirit, it could not exist. A beautiful creature without a soul signifies nothing. A most sumptuous habitation set in darkness is non-existent. The most wonderfully wrought lamp, if it give no light, is useless. Europe, the most adorned of the continents, has progressed to the apex of refined material civilization. It is a beautifully formed body, – alas, that is has no soul! It is one of the most polished mirrors, – alas, that the sun of truth is not reflected in it! It is an orchard without fruit, – alas, it has no spiritual fragrance.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 128)

Without religion, I don’ know where to get
my divine education which is necessary
for the development of my soul.
Religion teaches me all the good things
and it makes me really happy.
Religion is the light for me to see all things
visible and invisible. It teaches me the existence,
the mystery and relations of God and His creation.
Religion is such a huge system of divine education
that my whole is not sufficient to tell about its glory.

THINKING ABOUT SILLY QUESTIONS?

What do you think of these silly questions on EP?

Asked By: AbsinthianSasukeUchiha 10 minutes ago

There are no silly questions, including this one.
Only intelligent people can ask questions.
And only intelligent people can give answers.
Monkeys cannot ask and answer questions.
And because of this we have experienceproject
forum and others. This bring human beings closer
and closer in frank and friendly conversation to obtain
new ideas for the betterment of the world.
We correspond with askers and answerers who suit us,
and just ignore those we dislike for particular reasons.
And this will make our forum more and more diverse
with people of different tastes, or even with opposing views.
I warmly praise all open conversations, with people we
consider as most stupid or most clever ones.

Abdul-Baha says:

“What has brought unity to nations, morality to peoples and benefits to mankind? If we reflect upon it we will find that establishing the divine religions has been the greatest means toward accomplishing the oneness of humanity. The foundation of divine reality in religion has done this; not imitations of ancestral religious forms. Imitations are opposed to each other and have ever been the cause of strife, enmity, jealousy and war. The divine religions are collective centers in which diverse standpoints may meet, agree and unify. They accomplish oneness of nativities, races and policies. For instance, His Holiness Christ united various nations, brought peace to warring peoples and established the oneness of human kind.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Foundations of World Unity, p. 101)

IF GOD DECIDES TO VISIT EARTH?

If God (if he/she exists at all) decides to visit earth…where would he/she land first?

God manifests Himself many times in India, Iran,
Israel, Arabia, and mankind try to kill Him in vain.
The swords of men kill the bodies, but nodody
can touch the Holy Spirit. God exists eternally
in His omniscience, omnipotence, omnipresence,
to show His boundless love to the children that He
creates in His image and likeness.
Now is the first time in human history, the mature
and united humanity can truly see their sins and
sincerely repent. The whole human race can consult
every day the words of God on how to build His Kingdom
on earth.
Yes, now is the time that God gives us the best means
to realize the reality of One God, One Religion and One
Mankind. More and more individuals will enter His Divine
Education to contribute their parts in this most glorious
mission: establishing the Paradise of God on earth
for ourselves and for our children in generations to come.
We are all thankful to God for His boundless love.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“A new chapter in the life of the planet has been opened. Humanity has attained its maturity, and the race consciousness has awakened to the fact that it must put away the childish things which seemed necessary in the day of the “survival of the fittest.” This day “wherein the feet of the people deviate” is to be followed by a glorious to-morrow; for — “This is a new cycle of human power. All the horizons of the world are luminous and the world will become indeed as a garden and a paradise. It is the hour of unity of the sons of men and of the drawing together of all races and all classes.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 12)

WHY ADAM AND EVE BECOME ASHAMED?

Why adam and eve become aware of their nakedness only after eating

Asked By: blindeyes 24 minutes ago

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Jun 29th, 2012 at 7:45AM

Sense of shame is highest human virtue.
If other people can read our mind, we will
not dare doing anything immoral.
Adam and Eve did not fear because of their nakedness,
but because of disobedience. If this was the case
God would have covered their bodies with nicest velvets.
Adam and Eve know that God can read their minds
so they become ashamed. Before they ate the fruit,
their sense of shame did not activate yet. Once, they
ate, it was already too late.
This is only a parable for reminding us to avoid their situation.
God does not punish human beings, but our disobedience
punishes ourselves. Since this is only a parable, we do not
have to unjustly suffer the original sin. We are only
responsible for our own sins.
Most moral lessons in the Sacred Scriptures were taught in
this way, so people of all generations could understand.

STILL HAVING FAITH IN HUMANITY?

Do you still have faith in humanity?

Asked By: Fbll 7 hours ago

Posted by pukirahe Jun 29th, 2012 at 5:31AM

Humanity are good, noble, lovely, because they are
created in the image and likeness of God. In them
exist all the seeds of the names and attributes of God.
I have passed ten days in May among the people
who have learned and practiced divine education.
This caused me to believe firmly that what are
written in Holy Books are true and practical.
When this education becomes more widespread
with the Internet and practiced more urgently in
the nighbourhoods over the palnet, we will surely
have paradise.
The present difficulty is that many people still don’t
want to see this reality, and application requires
much more sincerity, patience, and rational tolerance.
However, difficulty does not mean impossible.

“Universal benefits derive from the grace of the Divine religions, for they lead their true followers to sincerity of intent, to high purpose, to purity and spotless honor, to surpassing kindness and compassion, to the keeping of their covenants when they have covenanted, to concern for the rights of others, to liberality, to justice in every aspect of life, to humanity and philanthropy, to valor and to unflagging efforts in the service of mankind. It is religion, to sum up, which produces all human virtues, and it is these virtues which are the bright candles of civilization.” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Secret of Divine Civilization, p. 98)

WHAT IS NORMAL?

What is normal? Is there a such thing as a normal person?

Asked By: angeliceyes11 24 minutes ago

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Jun 29th, 2012 at 3:43AM

Death is normal.
A normal person is a dead person: we see him
without seeing his thinking, saying, doing;
or he may say and do nothing new! Even
laughing or crying children are considered
as abnormal. And such normal society
is a dead society.
People of creative thinking are considered
as abnormal in such dead societies: artists,
poets, philosophers….
Perhaps, with the speedy change of our time,
our societies will become living societies
with the majority of people who are creative,
reformative, progressice. And normal will
have its new meaning as living. A normal
person must be a living person. A normal
society must be a living society.
