The Bab says:

“The glory of Him Whom God shall make manifest is immeasurably above every other glory, and His majesty is far above every other majesty. His beauty excelleth every other embodiment of beauty, and His grandeur immensely exceedeth every other manifestation of grandeur. Every light paleth before the radiance of His light, and every other exponent of mercy falleth short before the tokens of His mercy. Every other perfection is as naught in face of His consummate perfection, and every other display of might is as nothing before His absolute might.” (The Bab, Selections from the Writings of the Bab, p. 156)

SHOULD PEOPLE FOCUS ON AVOIDING HELL?

Should people be focused on getting into heaven/avoiding hell?

Good Question? (3)

Hell is more pleasant than heaven, because
greater masses of people live there with all
the funs they had on earth. After days of hard labor
they eat well and sleep well.
While the angels suffer boredom upon the clouds.
Perhaps, many of them are now leaving that place
to live among us again and making propaganda
for happy hell!
It is really funny for kids like me who keep on wondering
about such illogical fancies!
Some people tell me that hell and heaven are only
mental conditions, so I am looking for authoritative Books.

“Glorified, immeasurably glorified art Thou, O Lord! Every man of insight is far astray in his attempt to recognize Thee, and every man of consummate learning is sore perplexed in his search after Thee. Every evidence falleth short of Thine unknowable Essence and every light retreateth and sinketh below the horizon when confronted with but a glimmer of the dazzling splendour of Thy might.”

We all go to the spiritual world of God for the eternal progress
of our soul. By different ways of expressions, all religions
announce this same divine truth.
Results based on good life is called heaven, nirvana,
paradise, celestial mansion, life eternal; and results based
on bad life is called hell, circle of birth, eternal death, hellfire
burning, born into lower planes of existence…
As for definition of good or bad life, all human beings are
intelligent enough to seek for it in the Holy Scriptures
which are easily accessible in our time.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Verily it is incumbent upon you to recognize your Lord at the time of His manifestation, that haply ye may not enter into negation, and that, ere a prophet is raised by God, ye may find yourselves securely established upon the sea of affirmation. For if a prophet cometh to you from God and ye fail to walk in His Way, God will, thereupon, transform your light into fire. Take heed then that perchance ye may, through the grace of God and His signs, be enabled to redeem your souls.” (The Bab, Selections from the Writings of the Bab, p. 147)

EVERYONE ONE SO TIRED OF LIVING?

Why is everyone one so tired of working/living day to day? Is it me or has something changed?

Life is not miserable because of hardship,
but because of ignorance.
Mother giving birth to babies, children getting
new teeth, firefighters rushing into burning houses
to save the victims… , they don’t fear their pains.
Life is even unbearable for people who don’t
know how to spend usefully their 24 daily hours!
The change cannot be made from outsitde;
but by our turning to the meanings of a purposeful
life. The more we feel miserable, the more we should
seek ardently for the light of knowledge.

“But for the sole reason of His being present amongst this people, We would have neither prescribed any law nor laid down any prohibition. It is only for the glorification of His Name and the exaltation of His Cause that We have enunciated certain laws at Our behest, or forbidden the acts to which We are averse, so that at the hour of His manifestation ye may attain through Him the good-pleasure of God and abstain from the things that are abhorrent unto Him.”

Only bad people go to hell;
if a man knows nothing like other
creatures, he is also free from hell.

The Bab says:

“Verily, the good-pleasure of Him Whom God shall make manifest is the good-pleasure of God, while the displeasure of Him Whom God shall make manifest is none other than the displeasure of God. Avoid ye His displeasure, and flee for refuge unto His good-pleasure. Say, the living guides to His good-pleasure are such as truly believe in Him and are well-assured in their faith, while the living testimonies of His displeasure are those who, when they hear the verses of God sent forth from His presence, or read the divine words revealed by Him, do not instantly embrace the Faith and attain unto certitude.”

IS LIFE LESS INTERESTING AFTER 21?

Do you feel like life got well less intresting, exciting nd care free after about the age of 21?

Asked By: confusedmuchable 53 minutes ago

I experience that life is more and more interesting with age.
There are more and more physical inconveniences,
and in the same time there are more amazing visions,
wonderings and discoveries…
And the more we love learning, the more life will become
exciting, promising and meaningful, especially when we
attach our life to the boundless love of God, that
strengthens all human bonds without fettering. That is why
pious elders don’t want to die, but they are ready to obey
what God ordains.

Now is the best time to live,
because we have all great experience of the past,
and marvelous achievements for our generation

Life is not flying back and forth on the clouds;
it is learning, thinking and acting for the welfare

Good Question? (6)

I luckily and thankfully choose my religion.
I was born in Buddhist family and I loved
Buddhism, but I got confused with the question:
Why Buddhism and Christianity cannot exist
in harmony, although both are good and accepted
by millions of people for millennia?
Luckily and thankfully, a Baha’i pioneer gave me
the book entitled “Baha’u'llah and the New Era”;
this book answers satisfactorily the question above
and many other questions of mine. It introduces
the principle of Progressive Revelation taught by
Baha’u'llah, concerning One God, One Religion
and One Mankind. I keep on learning the teachings
of Baha’u'llah, the Promised One of all religions,
and happily become Baha’i until today.
