HIGGS BOSON AND WHAT IS NEXT?

Now that the Higgs Boson (The God Particle) has been found, what are we to look for next?

Lots of things still. This shows the great prudence
and patience of true scientists. In religion as well as
in science, only fanatic believers are making
unnecessary deafening voices.
I am praising the true scientists and I try to learn
their patience and their tireless service to the
broadening of human knowledge for love, uinty
and world peace.
“This is just the beginning,” says James Gillies, a spokesman for CERN. Scientists will keep probing the new particle until they fully understand how it works. In doing so they hope to understand the 96 percent of the universe that remains hidden from view. This may result in the discovery of new particles and even hitherto unknown forces of nature.

Abdul-Baha says:

“I praise God that after forty years of waiting I am permitted at last to come and bring my message. This is an assembly full of spirituality. Those who are present have turned their hearts towards God. They are looking and longing for glad tidings. We have gathered here by the power of the Spirit, therefore our hearts are stirred with thanksgiving. ‘Send out Thy Light and Thy Truth O God: Let them lead us to the Holy Mountains!’ (Abdu’l-Baha, Abdu’l-Baha in London, p. 82)

FINDING HIGGS BOSON: SAD OR GLAD NEWS?

O God, Bad News, they have found the Higgs Boson? Now what?

Glad news.
Scientists keep on making great efforts
and their discoveries have broadened mankind’s
vision. It is my hope that this Higgs Boson particle
will not be used in any forms of war: war of physical,
political or organisational powers. Let us wisely use all
instruments in our hands for love, unity and peace.
Men’s ways of seeking for truth may differ, but thier
purpose should be one: preserving and enhancing
the dignity of human beings as the supreme species
in the whole universe.
Man is eternally living spirit.

Abdul-Baha says:

“The Reality of the divine Religions is one, because the Reality is one and cannot be two. All the prophets are united in their message, and unshaken. They are like the sun; in different seasons they ascend from different rising points on the horizon. Therefore every ancient prophet gave the glad tidings of the future, and every future has accepted the past.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Abdu’l-Baha in London, p. 29)

WHY SEEKERS OF TRUTH FEAR GLAD TIDINGS?

The Higgs particle has been found. Science has touched the core of existence itself. What excuses do the religious have

Man’s purpose is to attain truth, not to fancy.
If truth be found, it is glad news for mankind.
There is no war among scientists and believers.
As a believer I don’t stand on any front
against scientists; therefore I pity for so-called
believers of evolutionism who show too premature
information against religion.
No matter what names the evolutionists give to
any particles; they cannot be spirit, they cannot be
foundation of the creation of the universe.
Remember how many theories which have been
proved to show the arrogance of created beings.

Abdul-Baha says:

“I pray for you one and all that you may receive the Bounties of the Holy Spirit; so will you become in truth enlightened, and progress ever onward and upward to the Kingdom of God. Then shall your hearts be prepared to receive the glad tidings, your eyes shall be opened and you will see the Glory of God; your ears shall be unstopped and you will hear the call of the Kingdom, and with tongue made eloquent shall you call men to the realization of the Divine Power and Love of God! WHY IS EVERYONE SO STUPID?

Why is everyone so stupid?

Good Question? (4)

Because stupidity is the nature of man.
Human brain is not self-created, so it depends
on the training of the creator – nature or God.
Nature cannot create man, because it has no intelligence.
So only God is the Creator of man.
God creation is perfect, but a created thing cannot
know its Creator.
The more we claim to know anything, the clearer
our stupidity is showed. We know phenomena related to
the sun, the solar system, the universe, but we know
nothing about them. How they come to existence and
when they disappear, we have no ideas.
However, there are different levels of stupidity:
brains that never ask questions; brains that ask
and seek for answers; brains that ask, answer,
then test and taste the fruit. Happy are the stupid
people who taste the sweet fruit.

Baha’u’llah says:

“By heavenly sciences I mean divine philosophy and spiritual teachings; by the songs and fragrances of the rose garden I mean the mysteries of the kingdom of kingdoms, the secrets of the degrees of existence and the knowledge of the results of human life.

This universe is not created through the fortuitous concurrences of atoms; it is created by a great law which decrees that the tree bring forth certain definite fruit. Verily, this universe contains many worlds of which we know nothing.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 139)

SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL LEARNING?

How to learn a thing or two about learning a thing or two?

Learning is good.
Learning about how to learn is better.
Learning how to put the better learning
into practice is the best, the most efficient learning.
I am doing this with your question as well as with
a one or two things about God and His love.
The Holy Books are telling us all about these secrets of learning.

Baha’u’llah says:

Abraham and Moses went to no school; Jesus had neither school nor master; Mohammed never had a lesson; the Báb and Baha’u'llah had no professors. Read the books written by Baha’u'llah – the philosophers and savants in the Orient will bear witness to his eloquence and learning. In the Orient this is considered a proof of his divinity. There they say, “If some one can write a letter like Baha’u'llah, Baha’u'llah’s divinity can be denied.” No one has yet competed.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 53)

WHAT IS HAPPINESS?

Good Question? (5)

Year of Dragon, Day 165

This question has been asked since the early days of history.
People keep on pursueing happiness generation after
generation, but nobody can tell what is happiness exactly.
Because, each human being has his/her own concept
about happiness and different methods for attainment.
And perhaps this question will remain unanswered
until the day of the end without end.
My wife gives me a nice tie on my birthday. I say I
am happy and thank you very much. The next day, I froget
the tie and complain about my backache.
We go to the hospital, the physician removes the pain,
I feel very happy and express thankfulness to him.
Such short moments of happiness come and go.
Until one day, I know God, I learn His teachings,
I put them into practice, and I become happy in all
conditions: rich and poor, being well or sick,
living in love and in all sorts of oppressions!…
People call me dumb and classify me among
the blind believers. Yes, regretfully I am now so
sure, so certain, so convincing of my happiness.
And I wish people who hate religion to rethink,
and especially to reread Holy Books.

Abdul-Baha says:

“We must look upon our enemies with a sin-covering eye and act with justice when confronted with any injustice whatsoever, forgive all, consider the whole of humanity as our own family, the whole earth as our own country, be sympathetic with all suffering, nurse the sick, offer a shelter to the exiled, help the poor and those in need, dress all wounds and share the happiness of each one. Be compassionate, so that your actions will shine like unto the light streaming forth from the lamp. If the whole world should arise to deny this Cause, we must not fight. Our only role is to spread the teachings. If it be accepted, all is well; if not, leave the people to God.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 41)
