Good Question? (4)

Reading.
Today, we have on the Internet great quotes
that burn up our mind:

“35. O SON OF MAN! Sorrow not save that thou art far from Us. Rejoice not save that thou art drawing near and returning unto Us.

48. O SON OF MAN! For everything there is a sign. The sign of love is fortitude under My decree and patience under My trials.

52. O SON OF MAN! Should prosperity befall thee, rejoice not, and should abasement come upon thee, grieve not, for both shall pass away and be no more.”
(Baha’u'llah, The Arabic Hidden Words)
So, I keep on reading every day to be strong, positive and confident.
God creates all things good and all people good.
Practicing His counsels, we will see the truth.

WORRYING ABOUT ELECTION RESULT?

If we elect the wrong person.should we worry?

Asked By: jan11 (41-45, F) 11 minutes ago

You can’t have the wrong person.
Your choice is only between two persons,
according to polls, each has reached around
50% of people’s support.
Moreover, the winner will not act completely
independent, but he has a huge staff of advisors.
I think that the conditions of each country, today,
depend more on the population than on the top leader.
Now, with the Internet, the leaders have more eyes
and ears than in the pre-digital age.
I believe that the conditons of each country,
as well as of the world, will be more and more promising.

Baha’u’llah says:

“In one of the Tablets these words have been revealed: O people of God! Do not busy yourselves in your own concerns; let your thoughts be fixed upon that which will rehabilitate the fortunes of mankind and sanctify the hearts and souls of men. This can best be achieved through pure and holy deeds, through a virtuous life and a goodly behaviour. Valiant acts will ensure the triumph of this Cause, and a saintly character will reinforce its power. Cleave unto righteousness, O people of Baha! This, verily, is the commandment which this Wronged One hath given unto you, and the first choice of His unrestrained Will for every one of you.”

CAN YOU ADMIT WHEN YOU’RE WRONG?

Can you admit when you’re wrong?

Asked By: DIYman (22-25, M) 10 minutes ago

Are you a person who doesn’t resent when they’re told they’re in error, and would rather learn the right way, as opposed to a person who has too much pride to admit that they’ve screwed up?

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Oct 15th, 2012 at 4:17PM

Most people know that to err is human,
therefore, it is really good to be ready
to see our faults and correct them. No man
is omniscient and omnipotent, so it is quite
childish to show obstinacy in our attitude.
However, judging other people is also not good.
Life harmony teaches us to judge our own self
and treat other people with mutual love
and mutual respect. Then, improvement will
be able to occur everywhere.
What is the benefit for us when other people
must admit their wrong? No, the benefit is for
all when we admit our own wrong.

I want to write a very good article about serenity.
I want all people to have a clear and calm mind.
We all do our daily work with love in the heart,
smile on the face, relaxation of our whole body.
Our services occur lightly like butterflies over
flowers, birds on higher branches, clouds on
blue skies.
Why this little dream seems too utopic for some people
who are sweating in a toy factory, for others who are
witnessing a bomb attack, and others still who are
running away as war refugees?…
How and when are we able to conduct a life of serenity
on our beautiful planet?

Holy Books are the most inspirational books
for mankind of all times. The Bhagavad Gita,
the Bible, the Kitab-i-Iqan… were read for centuries
and their meanings are never exhausted. The more
we read them, the more we receive knowledge,
power and initiatives.
In each post on my blog at wordpress.com I have
added a sacred verse. You can look at these verses
to see how immense are their powers.
We are really fortunate to be born in this Age
that all Holy Books are placed at our fingertips.

BEAUTY UGLINESS IN DISGUISE?

Is beauty jsut another way to diguise uglyness…

Asked By: Kayakker (46-50, M) 30 minutes ago

Good Question? (4)

Posted by pukirahe Oct 14th, 2012 at 4:29PM

Ugliness does not exist.
Beauty is beautiful, true and good.
All human beings are intelligent. With intelligence
they create the Internet. With the Internet they reflect
their boundless and eternal beauty. Dances, songs,
games… all are beauty for the eyes, the ears and for
the souls. I can write about this beauty for my whole
life, and there will be no time and space for anything else.
Lower creatures do not divide themselves into two
warrying categories of the beautiful and the ugly. Human
beings, with intellignce should see more clearly our spiritual
and eternal beauty.

Blind thine eyes, that thou mayest behold My beauty; stop thine ears, that thou mayest hearken unto the sweet melody of My voice; empty thyself of all learning, that thou mayest partake of My knowledge; and sanctify thyself from riches, that thou mayest obtain a lasting share from the ocean of My eternal wealth. Blind thine eyes, that is, to all save My beauty; stop thine ears to all save My word; empty thyself of all learning save the knowledge of Me; that with a clear vision, a pure heart and an attentive ear thou mayest enter the court of My holiness. Before ‘Abdu’l-Bahá left the Church, he wrote in the old Bible used by generations of preachers, the following words in his own native Persian, the translation being added as follows:

Inscription in the Old Bible

Written by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in Persian

“This book is the Holy Book of God, of celestial Inspiration. It is the Bible of Salvation, the Noble Gospel. It is the mystery of the Kingdom and its light. It is the Divine Bounty, the sign of the guidance of God.”

PREDICT MY FUTURE

Predict my Future

Asked By: avery3 (16-17, F) 31 minutes ago

All people are born to attain a greatly good or bad future.
Great, because we are no longer known only in our village,
but today we are all known on the virtual world!
Good if we learn to know the true purpose of our life
and do our best to accomplish it.
Bad if we follow the promptings of our selfish desires.
In the past, people blamed destiny for their bad future,
because there had been no popular means for them
to learn about the purpose of their lives.
Now, we have the Internet and the proper education
is at our fingertips. If our life ended in misery, it is
because of our choice for self-condemnation.
So, go ahead and be yourself, glorily and happily.

Abdul-Baha says:

“The Universal Races Congress was good, for it was intended for the furtherance and progress of unity among all nations and a better international understanding. The purpose was good. The causes of dispute among different nations are always due to one of the following classes of prejudice: racial, lingual, theological, personal, and prejudices of custom and tradition. It requires a universal active force to overcome these differences. A small disease needs a small remedy, but a disease which pervades the whole body needs a very strong remedy. A small lamp may light a room, a larger would light a house, a larger still might shine through the city, but the sun is needed to light the whole world.”

HAPPY WHILE THINKING OF HAPPINESS?

When you think of happiness, do you find yourself getting happy?

Asked By: foldedunfolding (26-30, F) 21 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Oct 13th, 2012 at 6:36PM

Yes, I do.
Happiness is not a thing by itself;
it is the spiritual fruit of selfless love.
Since love is the foundation of life,
we constatnly live in it, so we are always happy.
When somebody ask me:”Ar you happy?”
I immediately feel happy, I smile and happily
admitting in a positive way.
Most people think that easy life in the royal court is happy,
but Prince Siddharta had shown us thet life with no facilities
in the jungles is much better. He teaches happiness not
only by words, but also by His own life as a mendicant.
The emphasis here is not on poverty, but on detachment:
becoming poor in the world but rich in God.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Thou hast made mention of the loved ones in those regions. Praised be God, each one of them attained the honour of being remembered by the True One — exalted is His glory — and the names of them, one and all, flowed from the Tongue of Grandeur in the kingdom of utterance. Great indeed is their blessedness and happiness, inasmuch as they have drunk the choice wine of revelation and inspiration from the hand of their Lord, the Compassionate, the Merciful.” (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 76)

IS YOUR MARRIAGE AN INSTITUTION?

Is your marriage an institution?

Yes, sacred institution.
Yes, stronghold of happiness.
Yes, a micro paradise.
This is most important to establish.
This is easiest to preserve.
This is lasting on earth.
I have seen happy paternal and maternal parents.
I have seen happy parents and parents in-laws.
I am seeing happy daughters and sons in-laws.
The requirement for obtaining good things in life
is to learn about them and make efforts to attain
them according to principles and laws.
