Baha’u’llah says:

“These are they who are blessed by the Concourse on high, who are glorified by the denizens of the everlasting Cities, and beyond them by those on whose foreheads Thy most exalted pen hath written:  “These! The people of Baha. Through them have been shed the splendors of the light of guidance.” Thus hath it been ordained, at Thy behest and by Thy will, in the Tablet of Thine irrevocable decree.” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 83)

POPULAR PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE POPULAR?

Do popular people (not celebrities) know that they are popular?

Asked By: 1honestgirl (31-35, F) 19 minutes ago

Or do they think everyone is sought after like that?

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Oct 15th, 2012 at 9:07PM

Popular people are not popular, they are on the way
up to celebrity, popularity, prominence. Because
the masses are not herds, flocks, but each of them
is one unique intelligent being. Each will become famous
in various fields of human activities, even in events,
accidents, coincidences….
Today, with all sorts of competitons, games, shows….
lots of incognitos suddently appear conspicuously on
big newspapers, websites, blogs….
We are now living in a complete new world. Cameras
of all types are working at all corners of the world
to make known new universes, new talents, new
skills. Popular people no longer remain unpopular
for centuries in a remote village.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Darkness hath encompassed every land, O my God, and caused most of Thy servants to tremble. I beseech Thee, by Thy Most Great Name, to raise in every city a new creation that shall turn towards Thee, and shall remember Thee amidst Thy servants, and shall unfurl by virtue of their utterances and wisdom the ensigns of Thy victory, and shall detach themselves from all created things.

Potent art Thou to do Thy pleasure. No God is there but Thee, the Most Powerful, He Whose help is implored by all men.”

WHY PEOPLE WANT TO LIVE?

Why people want to live?

Asked By: memory35grt (31-35) 1 hour ago

Posted by pukirahe Sep 26th, 2012 at 3:23AM

Because life is precious, pleasant and progressive.
People love precious things. Almost all people rush
ahead activley for gold, diamond, divinity. Then, we
spend most of our time for funs. Billions of people are
spending trillions of hours to play digital game, Olympic
games, war games and all sorts of entertainments
which become man’s most developped industry. And
we use these two things for progress. We want physical
and spiritual progress in this world and in the world to come
Some crazy people also want to die, but the number is
insignificant. If life is not precious, pleasant, progressive
then life may become a dull cemetary!
Since the day we have the Internet, it seems that life
is becoming more precious, more pleasant and more
progressive. In the past we have not had such a promising
forum for urgent optimism, super empowerment like TED
(for ideas worth spreading).

Shoghi Effendi says:

“… the young Bahá’ís in every city should make a point of keeping in touch with local youth activities and clubs, and endeavouring to make their views known to as many young people in as many ways as possible. Above all they should set a high example to them; chastity, politeness, friendliness, hospitality, joyous optimism about the ultimate future happiness and well being of mankind, should distinguish them and win over to them the love and admiration of their fellow youth. The thing which is most conspicuously lacking in modern life is a high standard of conduct and good character; the young Bahá’ís must demonstrate both, if they hope to seriously win over to the Faith members of their own generation, so sorely disillusioned and so contaminated by the laxity war gives rise to.”

WHAT ARE YOUNG PEOPLE DOING?

What are the young people into these days?

Asked By: YungTaku 25 minutes ago

Good Question? (4)

Posted by pukirahe Sep 15th, 2012 at 6:37PM

Young people of all time are movers of the world.
They have no voice, because old people possoess
all mass media and other means for expressions.
But young people are silently changing the world
by changing themselves.
They no longer summit to the blind leadership of the
kings, teachers and fathers. They independently find
out their ways. A small number may remain confused,
but the majority are using their intelligence in places
such as the Silicon Valley, NASA, and other research
centers concerning all fields of science, art, religion…
The advancement today is mainly the work of young
people, and the pre-youth today will become brilliant
youth in the next decade.
I trust that the youth of this Age will accomplish greater
works than all generations of the past. Praised be
the youth of the 21rst century.

Baha’u’llah says:

“3. O DWELLERS IN THE CITY OF LOVE! Mortal blasts have beset the everlasting candle, and the beauty of the celestial Youth is veiled in the darkness of dust. The chief of the monarchs of love is wronged by the people of tyranny and the dove of holiness lies prisoned in the talons of owls. The dwellers in the pavilion of glory and the celestial concourse bewail and lament, while ye repose in the realm of negligence, and esteem yourselves as of the true friends. How vain are your imaginings!” (Baha’u’llah, The Persian Hidden Words)

LIVING IN THE BEST COUNTRY?

Are you patriotic? Do you think you live in the best country in the world?

Asked By: awasadaorang 44 minutes ago

Yes, I love my earth country which is the best in the universe.
Here I have best conditions for living with sufficient
physical means such air, water, fire…, and spiritual
means such as divine education on the real world
as well as on the virtual world. Today, I can read any Holy Books
revealed by Christ, Muhammad, Baha’u’llah…..
Moreover, all my compatriots are mature enough to
indulge themselves in the Ocean of God’s wisdom.
We don’t have to waste time and money for the defence
against invaders from other planets.
Perhaps, we will live in greater order in this century
with well organized international legislative, executive
and world tribunal.

Baha’u’llah says:

“In the city of justice it is the unrivalled Speaker Who, in the year nine, illumined the world with the joyful tidings of this Revelation. And it was this peerless Source of wisdom that at the beginning of the foundation of the world ascended the stair of inner meaning and when enthroned upon the pulpit of utterance, through the operation of the divine Will, proclaimed two words. The first heralded the promise of reward, while the second voiced the ominous warning of punishment. The promise gave rise to hope and the warning begat fear. Thus the basis of world order hath been firmly established upon these twin principles. Exalted is the Lord of Wisdom, the Possessor of Great Bounty.”

BORN TO LOVE OR BE LOVED?

Were your BORN TO LOVE or BORN TO BE LOVED!? !

Asked By: Cart0001000 16 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Aug 25th, 2012 at 2:58AM

Sun is born to shine not to be shone.
Moon is born to be shone and reflects light.
Stone is born only to be shone.
Independent humans are born to love.
Dependent humans are born to be loved and reflects love.
Kids are born to be loved only.
Living beings are born to love. They learn how to
sacrify and do not expect any recompense.
Dying or immature beings are in the phase
of being loved; then they love selfishly when they grow up.
When we love, all people will be loved.
When we expect to be loved, nobody is loved.
In this Age of human maturity, we are learning
how to love selflessly for the whole earth to be loved.
