God.
This may sound funny, but it is reality.
I only see the meaning of life and go
through long and hard years with happiness,
only because of my trust in God.
The more I read the words of God in the Holy Books,
the more I desire to live and to share His love to
other people, friends, siblings, strangers…
Wishing that more people will enter this divine
education to see their close relationship with
God and to serve mankind as He commands.
There is no influence better to man than the influence
of God’s love.

Baha’u’llah says:

“1. O YE PEOPLE THAT HAVE MINDS TO KNOW AND EARS TO HEAR!

The first call of the Beloved is this: O mystic nightingale! Abide not but in the rose-garden of the spirit. O messenger of the Solomon of love! Seek thou no shelter except in the Sheba of the well-beloved, and O immortal phoenix! dwell not save on the mount of faithfulness. Therein is thy habitation, if on the wings of thy soul thou soarest to the realm of the infinite and seekest to attain thy goal.”

-”Please wake them up.”
Many people complain that they cannot sleep
and they spend too much money to cure this
illness, but I don’t know why I keep on wondering
about people sleeping so profoundly!
Despite Trumpet sound from Heaven.
Despite roaring of wars on earth.
Despite tsunami, pandemic, cries of refugees…
people still keep on sleeping!
Why is it so hard to call them up from their slumber?
-”Pukirahe, it is your own fault. You don’t know that they
are waking up silently one by one, and those few
awakened ones are buiding the foundation of My Kingdom
for all the rest. If they all wake up right now, for not yet
seeing My power, they will again commit more transgressions.
See, you send My Words on the Internet every day, and
how many have read and responded to My call? So, be patient,
and keep doing what you think as worthy to be done.”

Perhaps it will sound again in a world language for all can hear and understand. I am worrying how the resurrected souls can respond when they cannot understand God. His Words are now pronounced again and again in Arabic, Persian and Enghish… but translations in other languages are still very poor. I am wondering how God are compensating for those who cannot understand.

Abdul-Baha says:

“O handmaid of God! Praise be to Him, thy dear husband hath perceived the sweet scents that blow from the gardens of heaven. Now, as day followeth day, must thou, through the love of God, and thine own good actions, draw him ever closer to the Faith.

Those were indeed dire events in San Francisco.[1] Disasters of this kind should serve to awaken the people, and diminish the love of their hearts for this inconstant world. It is in this nether world that such tragic things take place: this is the cup that yieldeth bitter wine.

GOING TO COLLEGE A WASTE OF MONEY?

Is going to college a waste of money

Investment in education is the best investment.
The higher education a person attains, the better
he will serve himself and the world.
In the past, humans serve only in local or national
administration; now more human resource is
required for international administration. So, even
college degrees are not sufficient.
More than that each individual among mankind needs
to attain high education to conduct well the life
of a world citizen.
Of course, greater efforts are required from educators
to reorganize educational systems to serve the world
in this Age of human maturity, of global communication.

By heavenly sciences I mean divine philosophy and spiritual teachings; by the songs and fragrances of the rose garden I mean the mysteries of the kingdom of kingdoms, the secrets of the degrees of existence and the knowledge of the results of human life.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 139)

I try to kill many things everyday.
Killing negative thoughts which multiply quickly
without our quick and firm control.
Killing negative words. Instead of saying your question
is negative, I make my mind to think that
your question is bringing positive thoughts to my mind
as I am writing now thanks to it.
Killing arrogance, especially when many people
say that they like my answers, my thoughts, my deeds,
my this my that!
Killing laziness, while other people work hard
to help their neighbours, I watse my time in idleness
and boredom.
Killing judgmental attitude in criticising other people
instead of correcting one’s own faults that keep
on darkening the world.
Yes, I am busy killing the worst enemy in me,
or perhaps it is me, self, my self.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“During his sojourn in the Rizwan, Baha’u'llah fell ill and ordered His bed to be brought and His tent to be placed near a stream. He was sleeping in His tent and three hundred followers were camped about. Kurrat-ul-Ayn sought Baha’u'llah’s permission to come and see Him in His garden. They replied that He was ill and could not go out. Kurrat-ul-Ayn answered “Then it is I who will go to Him. Behold, I seek His presence!” This was the first instance in the history of this Cause that traditions were changed. It was the visible sign of the new creation. Up to that time no one knew Baha’u'llah was the One of whom the Báb spoke when He admonished His disciples to look for the advent of – “Him Whom God would manifest.” The people thought of Baha’u'llah as one of the followers of the Báb.”

Love.
With love life is life, without love life is death.
Moreover, life is beauty, without beauty,
life is boring, especially spiritual beauty.
Moreover, life is learning, without learning,
the darkness of ignorance will lead to suffering.
Life, Love, Beauty… are evident and mysterious.
Education will tell the truth about them and
show us how to live with complete enjoyment,
happiness and progress.
Education is taught is schools, in nature and
in our own soul. It is not informative facts,
it is truth told by the Messengers of God in
physical, human and divine education.
Today, this education is available for
all human beings free of charge. And Internet
is really an efficient instrument.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“Personality is obtained through the conscious effort of man by training and education. A fruitless tree under the influence of a wise gardener becomes fruitful; a slab of marble under the hand of a sculptor becomes a beautiful statue. The ruined places are built up by captains of industry; the ignorant children learn the secrets of phenomena under the tutelage of a wise teacher. The crooked branch becomes straight through cultivation.

It is evident that we have two modes for the expression of life, – individuality and personality, – the former becomes as the son of God and the latter the son of man.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 132)

MANY PEOPLE INSIST THAT GOD EXISTS?

Why do so many people insist that gods exist?

Only the One True God exists.
He is Creator of all worlds, all creatures.
The Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, the Quran…
express clearly about God and His creation.
In the past we had nobody learning all these
Books in the same language, or in the same cycle,
therefore there had been misunderstandings among
them.
Now with all these Books available on the Internet,
if we study them objectively we will see the same
divine education of the One True God: love, unity, peace,
forgiveness, patience, and all other good things.
Once we believe in them and apply sincerely,
we will attain good results as millions of people
have attained. He who seeks for it will surely find.

WHY SOME PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW TO LOVE?

We know nothing, including love.
What do we know about life, beauty,
happiness, truth, freedom…? That is
why we need Divine Education from God
to give us definition, reason and method
to attain true knowledge and apply it
for the benefit of the whole human race.

MY PILGRIM’S NOTES DAY THREE

Pilgrim’s Notes of a Baha’i

The Bahá’í Gardens in Haifa and ‘Akko

With over half a million visitors a year, the Bahá’í Gardens inHaifaand ‘Akko are among the most popular sites in theMiddle East. Their unique design, combining geometrical shapes and exquisite detailing with loving conservation of natural and historic landscape features, leaves an indelible impression on visitors. Many return again and again to experience the changing seasons and relive the serene tranquility and uplifting spirit of these special places.

In July 2008, the Bahá’í Gardens in Haifa and ‘Akko were inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, in recognition of their “outstanding universal value” as holy places and places of pilgrimage for the followers of the Bahá’í Faith.

Like all great works of art, these extraordinary sites are tangible expressions of the human spirit. Here the impetus was not the creativity of a great artist, but rather the loving labor and sacrifice of many people from diverse origins and several generations, inspired by a common faith and an optimistic vision of our collective future.

The Bahá’í Gardens in Haifa »

These gardens, located in the heart ofHaifa, comprise a staircase of nineteen terraces extending all the way up the northern slope ofMount Carmel. The golden-domed Shrine of the Báb, the resting place of the Prophet-Herald of the Bahá’í Faith, stands on the central terrace, looking across the bay towards ‘Akko.

While different parts of the gardens offer a variety of experiences, they speak in a common language of graveled paths, hedges and flower beds groomed and nurtured by dedicated gardeners. The gardens frame panoramic views of the city, the Galilee Hills and theMediterranean Sea.

The Bahá’í Gardens in ‘Akko »

The gardens at Bahjí in ‘Akkoform a wide circle surrounding the historic mansion where Bahá’u’lláh, the Prophet-Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, resided during the final years of His life and the shrine where His remains were laid to rest.

The approach to the circular garden is a long, straight path framed with cypress trees and informal plantings. As you walk, the silence seems to grow in intensity. Entering the heart of the site is like arriving in a world of peace and serenity, a wall-less sanctuary that is protected without being enclosed.

In two previous days, I have presented to you the physical and spiritual gardens in the world of God. Today, I present to you another garden within our own self, which also need be beautified by the guidance of God:

“3. O FRIEND! In the garden of thy heart plant naught but the rose of love, and from the nightingale of affection and desire loosen not thy hold. Treasure the companionship of the righteous and eschew all fellowship with the ungodly.” (Baha’u'llah, The Persian Hidden Words)

Yes, without the education of Baha’u’llah, how can mankind enjoy such great festivities and how to live happily from eternity to eternity?

MY PILGRIM’S NOTES DAY TWO

Pilgrim’s Notes of a Baha’i

I and hundreds of other pilgrims enter and enjoy the beauty of

the Baha’i physical garden and especcially its spiritual garden.

Here is the physical garden that all people can and will be able

to see and to think about the omnipotence of God, which causes

great and various attractions for the eyes to appear on dry soil

of Mount Carmel and dead land of Akka, by the exile of the

most recent Prophet of God, Baha’u’llah, Who says:

“All glory be to this Day, the Day in which the fragrances of mercy have been wafted over all created things, a Day so blest that past ages and centuries can never hope to rival it, a Day in which the countenance of the Ancient of Days hath turned towards His holy seat. Thereupon the voices of all created things, and beyond them those of the Concourse on High, were heard calling aloud: ‘Haste thee, O Carmel, for lo, the light of the countenance of God, the Ruler of theKingdomofNamesand Fashioner of the heavens, hath been lifted upon thee.’ (Baha’u'llah, Tablets of Baha’u'llah, p. 1)”

Pilgrim’s Notes of a Baha’i

On entering the Airport of Tel-Aviv, by Turkish

Airways, I saw the big photograph of the Shrine of the Bab

over my head, with the caption: Don’t miss the Baha’i Gardens,

I happily realize that I have entered the physical Kingdom

Yes, books cannot express my feeling, thinking and thankfulness to Baha’u'llah

Who says:

10. Let not your hearts be perturbed, O people, when the glory of My Presence is withdrawn, and the ocean of My utterance is stilled. In My presence amongst you there is a wisdom, and in My absence there is yet another, inscrutable to all but God, the Incomparable, the All-Knowing. Verily, We behold you from Our realm of glory, and shall aid whosoever will arise for the triumph of Our Cause with the hosts of the Concourse on high and a company of Our favoured angels.

O peoples of the earth! God, the Eternal Truth, is My witness that streams of fresh and soft-flowing waters have gushed from the rocks, through the sweetness of the words uttered by your Lord, the Unconstrained; and still ye slumber. Cast away that which ye possess, and, on the wings of detachment, soar beyond all created things. Thus biddeth you the Lord of creation, the movement of Whose Pen hath revolutionized the soul of mankind.

Know ye from what heights your Lord, the All-Glorious is calling? Think ye that ye have recognized the Pen wherewith your Lord, the Lord of all names, commandeth you? Nay, by My life! Did ye but know it, ye would renounce the world, and would hasten with your whole hearts to the presence of the Well-Beloved. Your spirits would be so transported by His Word as to throw into commotion the Greater World – how much more this small and petty one! Thus have the showers of My bounty been poured down from the heaven of My loving-kindness, as a token of My grace; that ye may be of the thankful.
