This is the most funny question which will be asked
again and again as long as we exist. We are bored with living
and we fear death. We think that death is the end of all
and we seek for eternal life.
That is the exclusive way of the human race
among innumerable creatures, because we are
the supreme species with intelligence.
And in this marvelous Age of maturity,
with the equipment of the Internet, we will be able
to turn our planet into Paradise – lasting Paradise.

Baha’u’llah says:

“The sincere soul longeth for nearness to God even as the suckling babe yearneth for its mother’s breast, nay more ardent is his longing, could ye but know it! Again, his longing is even as the panting of one sore athirst after the living waters of grace, or the yearning of the sinner for forgiveness and mercy. Thus do We expound unto you the mysteries of the Cause, and impart unto you what shall render you independent of all that hath so far occupied you, that perchance ye may enter the Court of Holiness within this exalted Paradise.” (Baha’u’llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 206)

Is it better to find happiness by any means, or to try to find it within the confines of social “norms”?

Asked By: findmeholdmeloveme 5 hours ago

Outside of social norms includes taboos, legality issues, and/or harm to other people.

Answer by pukirahe Jan 31st, 2012 at 2:39AM

Happiness is not a thing to be got, found or obtained;
it is realization, or more precisely, self-realization.
All kings and beggars can be happy, when they know
themselves, are themselves, under the light of their
true knowledge.
I already answered on EP many questions about how
to know oneself and how to be oneself.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Moreover We counsel them to observe justice, equity, honesty, piety and that whereby both the Word of God and their own station will be exalted amongst men. Verily I am the One Who exhorteth with justice. Unto this beareth witness He from Whose Pen rivers of mercy have flowed and from Whose utterance fountains of living waters have streamed forth unto all created things. Immeasurably exalted is this boundless grace; immensely blessed is this resplendent favour.” (Baha’u’llah, Tablets of Baha’u’llah, p. 77)

Yes, all people are ignorant; so we better
go humbly through physical, human and
spiritual education. It is of no use to slander,
insult or persecute people of faith or of no faith.
The rule of mutual love and mutual respect
will finally lead us to the mature recognition
of unity of all the respectful human race.

Baha’u’llah says:

“We cherish the hope that through the loving-kindness of the All-Wise, the All-Knowing, obscuring dust may be dispelled and the power of perception enhanced, that the people may discover the purpose for which they have been called into being. In this Day whatsoever serveth to reduce blindness and to increase vision is worthy of consideration. This vision acteth as the agent and guide for true knowledge.” (Baha’u’llah, Tablets of Baha’u’llah, p. 35)

God is all truth.
Science, Religion, Philosophy, Art, Technology…
are paths to approach truth. They may fail or succeed.
In this Age of human maturity,
God is guiding mankind to all truth with divine education
by the most efficient means in the real world as well as
the virtual world. It is really lucky for people who use the Internet.

Baha’u’llah says:

“It is evident and manifest unto every discerning observer that even as the light of the star fadeth before the effulgent splendour of the sun, so doth the luminary of earthly knowledge, of wisdom, and understanding vanish into nothingness when brought face to face with the resplendent glories of the Sun of Truth, the Day-star of divine enlightenment. (Baha’u’llah, The Kitab-i-Iqan, p. 36)

The same way he decides who gets hit by the hurricane when a thousand different towns are praying for him to send it somewhere else.
No way. There is no god.

Answer by pukirahe Jan 18th, 2012 at 2:51AM

Football teams on stadiums,
troops on battlefields,
diplomats on negotiating tables…
all will win when they have conscious knowledge
to pray sincerely and submitting to God’s Will
instead of theirs.
That is why wise people keep on praying
everywhere at all times.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Grieve not at what hath befallen Us and thee in the path of God. Rest assured and persevere. He, verily, rendereth victorious those who love Him, and His might is equal to all things. Whoso turneth unto Him brighteneth thereby the faces of the Concourse on high, and unto this God Himself is My witness.” (Baha’u’llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 156)

Is violence ever necessary? If so, when? If not, why isn’t it?

Asked By: rolanalphred 4 days ago

Answer by pukirahe Jan 26th, 2012 at 3:27AM

Year of the Dragon, Day 4

Nobody wishes to receive violent actions.
We think that they should be used to train other people,
and history shows that this thinking is completely wrong.
We all love knowledge, wisdom, justice… which are the sweet
fruit of education for a better and more civilized world.
Sooner or later, we will banish all torments, retaliations, wars…
and beautify our planets with ornaments of sweet specch,
warm fellowship and positive cooperation for collective progress.

Quite flowery, but wishful thinking methinks.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Wert thou to awaken and inhale the fragrance of the breezes that waft from the retreats of eternity, thou wouldst readily abandon all that thou dost possess and in which thou dost rejoice, and choose to abide in one of the dilapidated rooms of this Most Great Prison. Beseech God to grant thee such mature understanding as to enable thee to distinguish praiseworthy actions from those which merit blame. Peace be upon him who followeth the way of guidance!” (Baha’u’llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts, p. 177)

Muslim blood has become cheaper than western blood? 2 israeli’s die = global outrage! 100 iraqi or afghan= normal

Asked By: supertramp14 8 minutes ago

Answer by pukirahe Jan 30th, 2012 at 5:45PM

Killing is bad.
Kiling of one person is as bad as killing
all mankind.
Human judgment is false, hence all should
trust the divine judgment of God.
Let us all be aware of the new commandment
of God that we “rather die than kill”, then all blood
will be preserved and lasting peace will be realized.

Baha’u’llah says:

“It is Our wish and desire that every one of you may become a source of all goodness unto men, and an example of uprightness to mankind. Beware lest ye prefer yourselves above your neighbors. Fix your gaze upon Him Who is the Temple of God amongst men. He, in truth, hath offered up His life as a ransom for the redemption of the world. He, verily, is the All-Bountiful, the Gracious, the Most High.” (Baha’u’llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, p. 315)

All life is precious
All killing should be condemned
And restore our Faith
