Tell me about god?

Asked By: Lars123 3 hours ago

I believe in god, or at lest i want to believe, but i dont understand any of it. How could he resurrect after being killed? Why is it impossible not to sin? If the devil wants to send me to hell, why doesnt he say so?

God is the Creator and Sustainer of all worlds.
If you don’t believe in Him, it is your great regret
because you loose contact with the Omniscient
and Omnipotent Guide.
If you want to return to Him, you can start reading
the Holy Books available abundantly on the Internet.
This reading will clarify all false stories about Him
and will open new vision for your noble life.
Don’t waste the chance that our ancestors
didn’t have. We are lucky to be born in the Age
of universal education, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Yes, please, don’t rely on human minds;
but look independently for the education of God.

Abdul-Baha says:

7. UNIVERSAL EDUCATION
“Partaking of knowledge and education is one of the requisites of religion. The education of each child is obligatory. If there are no parents, the community must look after the child. It is suggested that the childless educate a child.
It is incumbent on every one to engage in some occupation, such as arts, trades, and the like. We have made this — your occupation — identical with the worship of God, the true one. Reflect, O people, upon the mercy of God and upon his favors, then thank him in mornings and evenings.”
(Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 26)

Learning and encouraging others to learn
Educate oneself and calling others to do the same.
Seeking for new knowledge and pushing other people
to new horizons.
Acting in both worlds and wishing all people working
up here and down there.
I see clearly the bright future of all mankind.

Abdul-Baha says:

“We also observe in infants the signs of aggression and lawlessness, and that if a child is deprived of a teacher’s instructions his undesirable qualities increase from one moment to the next. It is therefore clear that the emergence of this natural sense of human dignity and honor is the result of education.” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Secret of Divine Civilization, p. 97)

Year of Dragon, Day 23

When I realize that this world will
become paradise with education.
All the sufferings, wrongdoings,
disappointments… are due to lack
of knowledge, Hence the efficient
solution is education.
I am happy to see that the UN had made great effort
to achieve  literacy in the decade before the Year 2000.
So, I am very hopeful that all countries will cooperate
with this wise institution to accomplish universal
education in this decade.
Yes, please place first priority on
UNIVERSAL EDUCATION.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Would the extension of education, the development of useful arts and sciences, the promotion of industry and technology, be harmful things? For such endeavor lifts the individual within the mass and raises him out of the depths of ignorance to the highest reaches of knowledge and human excellence. Would the setting up of just legislation, in accord with the Divine laws which guarantee the happiness of society and protect the rights of all mankind and are an impregnable proof against assault — would such laws, insuring the integrity of the members of society and their equality before the law, inhibit their prosperity and success?” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Secret of Divine Civilization, p. 14)

Neither a failure nor a success.
Life is a succession of meaningless failures and successes
until the last breath which is a glorious self-realization.
Bodhidharma, Hitler, Mary Magdalena and all other unknown
people are stars that illuminate this world. Without
human beings, the earth is but a dead body like other planets.
Just live, or better still, just learn to live as an intelligent being, and not at all as an inanimate stone.

Abdul-Baha says:

“The wisdom of the appearance of the spirit in the body is this: the human spirit is a Divine Trust, and it must traverse all conditions, for its passage and movement through the conditions of existence will be the means of its acquiring perfections. So when a man travels and passes through different regions and numerous countries with system and method, it is certainly a means of his acquiring perfection, for he will see places, scenes and countries, from which he will discover the conditions and states of other nations.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Some Answered Questions, p. 200)
