Why does everyone pretend to know what this God person wants?

Good Question? (4)

Answer by pukirahe Mar 24th, 2012 at 4:51AM

No one claims to know how God is and what He wants.
Billions of believers worship God through His Messengers
Who are perfect Educators above all human beings. They
appear again and again to lead human beings to higher
and higher levels of civilizations, based on eternal principles
and new laws for each Age.
The proof is more evident, with great consent among educated
believers in their understanding and serving mankind with selfless
love and wisdom. Here, on the Internet, I see clearly that the number
of God’s servants increasing at the speed of light. More Websites are
created for education and positive service than for negative sabotage.

Abdul-Baha says:

“That Essence of the Divine Entity and the Unseen of the unseen is holy above imagination and is beyond thought. Consciousness doth not reach It. Within the capacity of comprehension of a produced reality that Ancient Reality cannot be contained. It is a different world; from it there is no information; arrival thereat is impossible; attainment thereto is prohibited and inaccessible. This much is known: It exists and Its existence is certain and proven — but the condition is unknown.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i World Faith – Abdu’l-Baha Section, p. 381)

What is the difference between peaceful life and happy life?

Good Question? (7)

Answer by pukirahe Mar 24th, 2012 at 2:47AM

I cannot see the difference between
a happy life and a peaceful one. A person
cannot be happy if his mind is tormented;
and a mind in peace is always happy.
During the years of religious persecutions,
our Master used to ask:”Are you happy?”
and we always replied:”Yes we are”.
Our Master’s tears permeated all stones
on the Mount of God, but He never ceased to ask us:
“Are you happy?”

Abdul-Baha says:

“To see the joy of divine gladness on your faces is the cause of my happiness, for when I see you happy, I am happy also. The divine messengers come to bring joy to this earth, for this is the planet of tribulation and torment and the mission of the great masters is to turn men away from these anxieties and to infuse life with infinite joy.
When the divine message is understood, all troubles will vanish” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 69)

The spiritual wealth is true wealth because it never finishes in our memory forever ?

This is my true wealth:

“If you’ve stumbled on this site and aren’t a Baha’i, you may very well be wondering: What is the Baha’i Faith?
The Baha’i Faith is an independent world religion. Its central theme is that humanity is one family and that the time has come for its unification into a peaceful global society.
The Baha’i Faith was founded in Iran in 1844 and is now the second-most widely spread religion in the world. There are more than five million Baha’is. They come from all backgrounds and can be found in virtually every country on earth.
The Founder of the Baha’i Faith, Baha’u’llah (1817-92), said that throughout history God has revealed Himself to humanity through a series of divine Messengers, whose teachings guide and educate us and provide the basis for the advancement of human society.
These Messengers have included Abraham, Krishna, Zoroaster, Moses, Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, the Bab and Baha’u’llah. Their religions come from the same divine source and are in essence successive chapters of one religion from God.
Baha’u’llah proclaimed that He was the latest of these Messengers and that He brought new spiritual and social teachings for our time.
“A new life is, in this age, stirring within all the peoples of the earth,” Baha’u’llah said.
The worldwide Baha’i community is working to put Baha’u’llah’s vision of a peaceful and united global society, encompassing the spiritual and material dimensions of life, into practice.
You can learn more about the Baha’i Faith, it’s precepts and beliefs, the history and activities, on the official Baha’i site: Bahai.org.

Year of Dragon, Day 59

I have made all good preparations for my life
tomorrow whether the world will end or not.
However, I know for sure that the world will
not end, because God says that He creates
all men to carry forward an ever-advancing civilization.
People who are not ready for their life tomorrow
will bitterly regret not only for one day but many days
because of their confusion about the world and their
relations to it.

make one hour calls to all of the most important people i love that i won’t be able to see in time and spend the last day/night with my love and my children. that’s all i could do before the end if i had a chance to know it waz coming.

I would ask for a refund from all the grad schools I just paid $80 each to apply to. Then I would use that money to go and get high for the first time.

I know this world, as we know it, will end soon. When I compare people to yester year to today I can only say thank goodness. I will be me, till the end and always try to act and treat people how I want to be treated. What more can one do?

Why do all the countries names get translated in other countries to their language. It doesn’t make sense.

Asked By: Zebzz 13 minutes ago

Example.. Deutschland is the name of the country but it gets called Germany in English, Allemagne in French and 3 sqwigelly things that look like FTY in Japanese.
It’s ridiculous. If my name was John Smith wouldn’t change it to suit someone elses language. Well I probably would to be honest, who wants to be named after a sh1t beer.

Answer by pukirahe Mar 23rd, 2012 at 6:00PM

You are completely right.
This causes great confusion to schoolchildren.
It is fully ridiculous to change Allah into “Thánh A-la”
(in Vietnamese).
Many people from abroad cannot recognize their names
on local or national newspapers.
It is best to keep all private names in their original forms
or in authoritative transliteration (from Sanskrit, Arabic, Hebrew…).
For the meanings, we use the glossaries.

Yes, definitely, that is why the Internet
is becoming more and more attractive.
People can give, receive, exchange anything
up here and all matters will be justified with
human maturity.
Love, unity, peace…all will be inevitable.
I am happy to know that Russia and the US
are annihilating their chemical weapons;
wishing that all nations will annihilate all, except the
minimum for national security.
Our planet is our Paradise.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Consider how the Prophets Who have been sent, the great souls who have appeared and the sages who have arisen in the world have exhorted mankind to unity and love. This has been the essence of their mission and teaching. This has been the goal of their guidance and message. The Prophets, saints, seers and philosophers have sacrificed their lives in order to establish these principles and teachings amongst men.” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Promulgation of Universal Peace, p. 469)
