For mere existence and ending in dust.
For physical pleasures.
For reputation and power.
For more happy offsprings.
For the honor of the country.
For being remembered in history.
For creating a better world.
For paying the debts of previous life.
For predetermined destiny.
For illusions and nothingness.
For personal and mysterious reasons.
For self-realization as a human being.
And what is the use of my writing a book

Baha’u’llah says:

“Glorified, immeasurably glorified art Thou, O my Master! Look, then, upon the hearts which, in their love for Thee, have been transfixed by the darts of Thine enemies, and the heads which were borne on spears for the sake of the exaltation of Thy Cause and the glorification of Thy name. Have pity, then, upon those hearts which have been consumed by the fire of Thy love, and been touched by such tribulations as are known only unto Thee.” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 334)

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRAYER AND MEDITATION?

What’s the difference between prayer and meditation?

Good Question? (8)

Answer by pukirahe Apr 30th, 2012 at 3:27AM

Prayer is conversation with God.
Meditation is conversation to oneself
based on God’s counsels in Prayer
and in Reading other Holy Books.
Prayer gives me knowledge and power;
meditation leads me to purposeful actions
and assurance of good results.
Prayer and meditation are spiritual food
that separate man from other creatures
in the worlds of God.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Protect, moreover, O my Beloved, through Thy love for them and through the love they bear to Thee, this servant, who hath sacrificed his all for Thee, and expended whatsoever Thou hast given him in the path of Thy love and Thy good pleasure, and preserve him from all that Thou abhorrest, and from whatsoever may hinder him from entering into the Tabernacle of Thy holy sovereignty, and from attaining the seat of Thy transcendent oneness.”

IS GOD A REALITY IN YOUR LIFE?

Is God a reality in your life on a daily basis?

Yes, very clear and certain.
I see that God is one, man is one
and all religions agree.
I see that prayers, meditations,
and serving mankind is the foundation
of all happiness, prosperity and progress.
I see that the Progressive Revelation of God
is explaining all differences and showing the way
to unity, peace and ever-advancing civilization.
Every day, up here, I have answered thousands
of religious questions basing on my own learning
and experience.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Glorified, immeasurably glorified art Thou, O my God, and my Beloved, and my Master, and my Desire! Shatter not the hopes of this lowly one to attain the shores of Thy glory, and deprive not this wretched creature of the immensities of Thy riches, and cast not away this suppliant from the doors of Thy grace, and Thy bounty, and Thy gifts. Have mercy, then, upon this poor and desolate soul who hath sought no friend but Thee, and no companion except Thee, and no comforter save Thee, and no beloved apart from Thee, nor cherished any desire but Thyself.” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 337)

THINK LIKE A MAN AND ACT LIKE A LADY?

Think like a man and act like a lady …what does it mean?

It is also wise to say: “Think like a lady and act like man.”
Because thinking and acting cannot be separated,
while male and female wisdom is necessarily one
and the same.
All philosophies in the Cycle of Adam are
from male domination and patriarchal prejudice.
We are now living in the Age of maturity,
in which men and women must have equal
opportunities for education, for thought and action.
Otherwise, this ancient mess will keep us
in our low state of barbarism.

that was some explanation! 🙂 you are so right! 😉

Our world really suffers with separation of thinking from action, of the muscular strength from compassionate encouragement… We need new thinking.

Abdul-Baha says:

“It is not attached to home and comfort nor is it limited to nest and abode. Nay, rather, it is intoxicated with the wine of the love of God, singing at all times the anthems and praises of the Almighty. This is the habit and custom of heavenly birds; this is the manner and conduct of the nightingale of the rose garden of the Merciful! “(Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 34)

Yes, definitely, especially for me.
It will prove that I am right for emphasizing
that there will be no doomsday.
Many people will turn to God to learn
about how to conduct a better life in
His boundless and eternal love.
And the result of this is world unity and peace.

Abdul-Baha says:

“All the prophets of God have come to unite the children of men and not to disperse them; to put in action the law of love and not enmity.
We must banish prejudice. Religious, patriotic, racial prejudices must disappear, for they are the destroyers of human society.
We must become the cause of the unity of the human race.”

COMMAND SOMEONE TO LOVE A STRANGER?

Can you command someone who loves you to love and honor some stranger as much as they love you?

Asked By: Sugardaddy8910 1 hour ago

A nun loves Jesus, if Jesus appears and commands her to transfer her loyality to a serial killer can she do it? If she disobeys should she be cast into hell. Absurd! but Jewish god asked Lucifer to prostate before a Man, and Lucifer disobeyed, was punishment proportional to the sin?

Answer by pukirahe Apr 29th, 2012 at 4:43PM
Year of Dragon, Day 99

God can because He is omniscient
and omnipotent. When He commands
that man must love his enemy, man
must happily and thankfully obey.
Man’s obedience is based on his
intelligent study of the Holy Books,
and not on contradictory interpretations
of other people.
Concrete proof is that Abrahamic religions
have created great saints and not crazy doubters.

Reply by Sugardaddy8910 Apr 29th, 2012 at 4:47PM

Sigh, omniscient and omnipotent could change neither hearts of Lucifer or mine. what Lucifer did and I am doing must be God’s fault LOL

That is the beauty of God’s boundless love: He does not withdraw our free will for us to become monkeys.

Abdul-Baha says:

“O people, make firm the girdle of endeavor, that perchance religious prejudice may be annulled. For love of God and his servants engage in this great and mighty matter. Religious hatred and rancor is a world-consuming fire, and the quenching thereof most arduous, unless the hand of divine might give men deliverance from this unfruitful calamity.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 25)
