EVER THINKING ABOUT LOVE?

Do you ever think about love; what it is, why it persists or fades away?

Love is the most favorite subject of my thinking
next to the subject about God.
Love is life, truth and beauty.
It is giving, it grows, it blossoms
and it never fades away.
Love is evident and mysterious.
Evidence is the existence of the immense
universe; mystery is the source and the purpose
of that existence.
He who starts loving would understand more
about its attraction, it fruitfulness, its magnificence.
Wishing that your life be filled with this living love.

Baha’u’llah says:

“4. O SON OF JUSTICE! Whither can a lover go but to the land of his beloved? and what seeker findeth rest away from his heart’s desire? To the true lover reunion is life, and separation is death. His breast is void of patience and his heart hath no peace. A myriad lives he would forsake to hasten to the abode of his beloved.” (Baha’u’llah, The Persian Hidden Words)

CAN A MAN LIVE WITHOUT SOUL?

Can a man live without soul?

Good Question? (4)

All human beings have souls.
He who denies the existence of his soul
condemns himself to death, or even worse
than death. Lower creatures that live naturally are good,
but human beings who conceive and use
wrongly their rational sense, that would be very bad,
very corrupted, very deadly.
By following instincts, lower creatures are protected
by the laws of nature, while human beings can break
them and would follow appetites abnormally and excessively,
that is why it is worse than death.
Anyhow, God being the All-Wise knows how
to guide and to protect His disobedient children,
Especially in this Age of human maturity,
there are more opprtunities for man to realize
his noble station.

Only you can can check what is wrong with it. Ask yourself questions and answer them, such as: What is soul? How I think? How I love? Who teaches about the soul? Where can I find it? And you can easily find various answers for reference on the Internet.

Baha’u’llah says:

“13. O SON OF SPIRIT! I created thee rich, why dost thou bring thyself down to poverty? Noble I made thee, wherewith dost thou abase thyself? Out of the essence of knowledge I gave thee being, why seekest thou enlightenment from anyone beside Me? Out of the clay of love I molded thee, how dost thou busy thyself with another? Turn thy sight unto thyself, that thou mayest find Me standing within thee, mighty, powerful and self-subsisting.”

I pray and meditate.
I pray God for guidance and protection.
I meditate on a sacred verse and apply
its meaning during the day.
My main topic today is education for
world unity and civilization….
Usually, my day is pleasant because
I always trust on the guidance and protection
of the One True God, the Creator of all worlds

Abdul-Baha says:

“As we have shown, the personality of some is illumined, that of others is dark; the personality of some is seen in the manifestation of divine justice, while that of others is the embodiment of tyranny. The personality of some is divine guidance made visible, while that of others is choked in the veils of self and desire. That which was hidden in the capability of these souls has been made manifest; just as, for instance, when you sow a seed, that which is hidden in the reality of that seed becomes revealed and unfolded – the trunk, the branches, the leaves, the blossoms and the fruits, which are in the seeds as potentialities.

THEY WHO CRITICIZE HATE THEMSELVES?

Did you know that most people that criticize others do it because they hate themselves in some way. Why do u do this?

I fear that you are quite right.
He who truly loves himself will not have time
to judge others. he must be busy learning, meditating,
serving himself, his family, the human race… Yes, he must
be a quite busy man.
And the more he is busy in service, the more he will
meet good colleagues, good collaborators, good
supporters… who work together like ants to build
their colony.
Those who hate themselves cannot have a good
place to stand in life, hence they come to hate, to judge,
to criticize other people. They do this because they
are in lack of of education.
For attaining a civilized society of love, peace and progress,
parents and governors should never forget to provide
proper eudcation for their subordinates.
A new world of the mature humanity must be
a world of high education, where most people
conduct their lives as virtuous world citizens and
world administrators.
God does not create a class of powerful kings to dominate,
to exploit, to harass a class of helpless slaves, of
miserable servants, of desperate outlaws. No,
He creates all equally in His image and likeness.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Therefore strive earnestly and put forth your greatest endeavor toward the accomplishment of this fellowship and the cementing of this bond of brotherhood between you. Such an attainment is not possible without will and effort on the part of each; from one, expressions of gratitude and appreciation; from the other kindliness and recognition of equality. Each one should endeavor to develop and assist the other toward mutual advancement. This is possible only by conjoining of effort and inclination. Love and unity will be fostered between you, thereby bringing about the oneness of mankind.”

Because there are all sorts of questions up here
that cause me to present my opinions which
again provoke thinking in other minds to reach
consentment for a new world of understanding,
cooperation, and progress.
Lots of superstitions, prejudices, misunderstandings
that create disorder in our societies, but no solutions
can be found without open and frank consultations.
On this platform, I have found many friends who
are presenting urgent problems and proposals.
Wishing that, together with other Websites, it will

Baha’u’llah says:

“Watch over yourselves, for the Evil One is lying in wait, ready to entrap you. Gird yourselves against his wicked devices, and, led by the light of the name of the All-Seeing God, make your escape from the darkness that surroundeth you. Let your vision be world-embracing, rather than confined to your own self. The Evil One is he that hindereth the rise and obstructeth the spiritual progress of the children of men.” (Baha’u’llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, p. 94)

ARE YOU THE FRIEND I NEED?

Are you the friend I need?

Asked By: girlbehindthemask 3 hours ago

I’m looking for good friends. Add me if you think you are one.

Posted by pukirahe Aug 30th, 2012 at 7:13PM

No, I am not.
I think that nobody can play that role.
I have many friends and I find that only God
can satisfy their needs, because only He
is the Knower and the Provider.
I love my wife and I cannot know what she needs,
and when she tells me what she needs I cannot provide.
Perhaps in friendship, we cannot get the friends
of our need, but we let them use any parts of our life
if they need. And it is very hard to attain this level
of sacrifice.
In my circle, anytime we meet, we tell our needs to God
and we find that He always satisfy us abundantly.
Another problem is how to tell Him our needs
and to see His positive response. That is the problem
that each individual should solve for himself.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Give ear to the sayings of the Friend and turn towards His paradise. Worldly friends, seeking their own good, appear to love one the other, whereas the true Friend hath loved and doth love you for your own sakes; indeed He hath suffered for your guidance countless afflictions. Be not disloyal to such a Friend, nay rather hasten unto Him. Such is the daystar of the word of truth and faithfulness, that hath dawned above the horizon of the pen of the Lord of all names. Open your ears that ye may hearken unto the word of God, the Help in peril, the Self-existent.”

Funny questions, right now it is yours.
It makes me smile with your “lol” and causes
my mind to write down these words:
Why do I sit in front of the computer at
this time when most people in my country
are sleeping well?
Because, I love God and I want to commune
with Him at the most silent moment of the day.
After communion, He gives me the joy to talk
about Him in answering two questions.
I think that all mankind need to learn and
practice the love of God, because this alone
is sufficient for oneself and for the world.
In the past, myriads of great books were written
about the love of human lovers.
From now on there will be countless books
about the love of God. Streams of tears will
shed on the lives of martyrs, prisoners, victims
of persecutions, and tons of laughters will burst
out on divine beauties, victories, intimate companies…
Luckily, we now have the immense Internet to contain
and to share them all for many generations of the
mature human race.

“I am an Oriental and on this account I am shut out from your thoughts and you likewise from mine. A mutual language will become the mightiest means toward universal progress, for it will cement the east and the west. It will make the world one home and become the divine impulse for human advancement. It will upraise the standard of oneness of the world of humanity and make the earth a universal commonwealth.
