Not men or women, but institutions.

Individual leadership was immature way of the past.

Today, in the Age of human maturity, we can learn to work together through

institutions, with new principles of administration and harmonious decision making by consultation.

The systematic functioning of three main elements of our world will create a spiritual civilization. The individual supports the institution, the institution guides the community, the community develops into the craddle for safety and happiness of the individual.

People who want to get a clear picture of this ideal society can watch the occurrences of 114 Baha’i Youth Conferences all over the world right now.

Youth and Pre-youth are learning to serve the world through institutions, and not through individual leaders.

Abdul-Baha says:

“He (Baha’u’llah) pronounced prejudice, whether religious, racial, patriotic, political, the destroyer of the body-politic. He said that man must recognize the oneness of humanity, for all in origin belong to the same household and all are servants of the same God. Therefore mankind must continue in the state of fellowship and love, emulating the institutions of God and turning away from satanic promptings, for the divine bestowals bring forth unity and agreement whereas satanic leadings induce hatred and war.”
