This is a divine principle of life.

Children under careful protection of their parents used to imagine that life is child play. And they fail easily when facing the trials of life.

Life is painful because God gives blessings through calamities.

Before entering the divine education of God, we lament for loneliness, weakness, hopelessness… Why we are born under such unlucky stars?!

We only know the purpose of our happy and eternal life when we get in touch with the love of God and surrender ourselves under His Will.

Usually, most people would see this truth about two centuries after the advent of the Messenger of God (such as Buddha, Christ, Muhammad)….

 Baha’u’llah says:

“51. O SON OF MAN! My calamity is My providence, outwardly it is fire and vengeance, but inwardly it is light and mercy. Hasten thereunto that thou mayest become an eternal light and an immortal spirit. This is My command unto thee, do thou observe it.”
