WHAT ARE YOUR SINS?

What are your sins?

I only confess to God Who alone can help.
I know that to err is human, it means that all humans commit all sorts of sins at all time, hence I am learning how to live with inner peace.
The lesson I get is not to bother with the sins of other people, because I cannot judge fairly, I cannot forgive or punish. I can check only my wrongdoing and making my own correction. I am also praying to God for guidance and forgiveness. I think that If each human being learns to repent before God, then the world will become better. Social institutions also work on preserving security and order, but this is only efficient with an education for self-discipline, self-control, self-repentance.
I see that the world today is better than the world in the Stone Age.

Baha’u’llah says:

The Great Being saith: O ye children of men! The fundamental purpose animating the Faith of God and His Religion is to safeguard the interests and promote the unity of the human race, and to foster the spirit of love and fellowship amongst men. Suffer it not to become a source of dissension and discord, of hate and enmity. This is the straight Path, the fixed and immovable foundation. Whatsoever is raised on this foundation, the changes and chances of the world can never impair its strength, nor will the revolution of countless centuries undermine its structure. Our hope is that the world’s religious leaders and the rulers thereof will unitedly arise for the reformation of this age and the rehabilitation of its fortunes. Let them, after meditating on its needs, take counsel together and, through anxious and full deliberation, administer to a diseased and sorely-afflicted world the remedy it requireth….

All things are related to all things, hence good for one is good for all, and evil for one is evil for all.
Every day, we have people die in traffic accidents, in natural calamities, in unknown diseases … and mature human beings cannot ingore them as meaningless numbers among world population. Moreover, each human being is not a small creature, but he is the greater world. Hence, abortion is also an unacceptable evil.
In the past, tribes were killing tribes as survival of the fittest. Civilized people today cannot close eyes to any kind of killings. We try in many ways for the protection and preservation of life, even of vegetable and animal.
Man is endowed with intelligence, that other creatures don’t have, so he has to use it with greater and greater brilliance. This is his divine duty before God, His living and loving Creator.

Baha’u’llah says:

All men have been created to carry forward an ever-advancing civilization. The Almighty beareth Me witness: To act like the beasts of the field is unworthy of man. Those virtues that befit his dignity are forbearance, mercy, compassion and loving-kindness towards all the peoples and kindreds of the earth. Say: O friends! Drink your fill from this crystal stream that floweth through the heavenly grace of Him Who is the Lord of Names. Let others partake of its waters in My name, that the leaders of men in every land may fully recognize the purpose for which the Eternal Truth hath been revealed, and the reason for which they themselves have been created.

ARE YOU RELIGIOUS?

Are you religious ?

Yes and no here are both meaningless.
Whether I am religious or not, I am still the same person and that has no meaning to the world.
Millions of people claim to be Buddhist, Catholic, Muslim … and they don’t agree on the meaning of religion; people of this religion are hating people of other religion.
So, instead of claiming to be religious, I just claim to be human as a son of God (I know, many people don’t care whether I am son of God or son of Satan!). But I make clear to myself that I am son of God, like all other human beings, and we all are supposed to know God, to love God and to be unified as members of one heavenly family.
It is for years, I try to live and to act as by this definition. I don’t claim to be religious and I don’t convert any people to any religion.
In truth, Religion is Divine Education from God, but people have made it into rituals, traditions, walls of separation. So we better look for another word of universal definition for all.

Abdul-Baha says:

The basis of the teaching of Bahá’u’lláh is the Unity of Mankind, and his greatest desire was that love and goodwill should live in the heart of men.

As He exhorted the people to do away with strife and discord, so I wish to explain to you the principal reason of the unrest among nations. The chief cause is the misrepresentation of religion by the religious leaders and teachers. They teach their followers to believe that their own form of religion is the only one pleasing to God, and that followers of any other persuasion are condemned by the All-Loving Father and deprived of His Mercy and Grace. Hence arise among the peoples, disapproval, contempt, disputes and hatred. If these religious prejudices could be swept away, the nations would soon enjoy peace and concord.

YOUR OPINION ABOUT LIFE?

What is your opinion about life?

Life is confusing. People have millions of funny, crazy, contradictory opinions about life – life that we know and life that we are seeking for in the immense universe.
General existence is called life.
An organic object is called life.
Aliens, ghosts, angels … are thought as life in other worlds.
Now I just give some opinions about the life of man.
Man’s life is the most beautiful, most precious, most noble creation … because he is fashioned in the image and likeness of God to do His Will on earth and continue with other missions in the spiritual worlds.
With progressive revelation, God incessantly educates and trains mankind to achieve His Divine and Eternal Plan.
I am thankful to God for being present on earth as a human being.

Abdul-Baha says:

Religion is the outer expression of the divine reality. Therefore it must be living, vitalized, moving and progressive. If it be without motion and non-progressive it is without the divine life; it is dead. The divine institutes are continuously active and evolutionary; therefore the revelation of them must be progressive and continuous. All things are subject to re-formation. This is a century of life and renewal. Sciences and arts, industry and invention have been reformed. Law and ethics have been reconstituted, reorganized. The world of thought has been regenerated. Sciences of former ages and philosophies of the past are useless today. Present exigencies demand new methods of solution; world problems are without precedent. Old ideas and modes of thought are fast becoming obsolete. Ancient laws and archaic ethical systems will not meet the requirements of modern conditions, for this is clearly the century of a new life, the century of the revelation of the reality and therefore the greatest of all centuries.

WHY PEOPLE SAY THAT LIFE IS PRECIOUS

Why do most people keep saying that LIFE IS PRECIOUS? Just why? O.o

Asked By: sunnyisle 22-25, F  25 minutes ago

Because it is precious.
The stone does not know that life is precious.
The plant does not know that life is precious.
The monkey does not know that life is precious.
Only man knows that life is precious because he has the rational sense that other creatures don’t have.
With this power of understanding, man discovers higher and higher values in all things. man sees that the stone is precious, because stone gives jade which would be made into artistic objects that can be used to buy human slaves. Then man knows that the plant is precious, because man cannot live without organic parts of the plant. And man knows that the monkey is precious, because he has greater values than stone and plant.
Then man knows that he is precious because he can produce all things that his race loves and desires!
Moreover, man is discovering greater and greater mysteries in all worlds known and unknown. Life, especially human life, is extremely precious.

Love of learning.
I love and admire people who love learning.
Since the source of wrongdoing is ignorance, so I place high hope, increasing sympathy, sincere admiration of all learners. I ardently believe that a proper education will lead each individual and all mankind to understanding, reconciliation and cooperation for collective progress on earth.
Today, with the Internet, people of all ages can join in the universal education. All can learn easily all things by googling, yahooing, yutubing…, and especially facebooking. There are ready made answers as well as new opinions from netizens.
Without this, it would be hard to fill the civilization gap among various communities. Some are most modern and others still stick to six-thousand-year-old traditions.
Now, everyone can join the universal forum of “One God, One Religion, One Mankind”. And world unity may be achieved in this century.

Abdul-Baha says:

Among the teachings of Bahá’u’lláh is that religion is a mighty bulwark. If the edifice of religion shakes and totters, commotion and chaos will ensue and the order of things will be utterly upset, for in the world of mankind there are two safeguards that protect man from wrongdoing. One is the law which punishes the criminal; but the law prevents only the manifest crime and not the concealed sin; whereas the ideal safeguard, namely, the religion of God, prevents both the manifest and the concealed crime, trains man, educates morals, compels the adoption of virtues and is the all-inclusive power which guarantees the felicity of the world of mankind. But by religion is meant that which is ascertained by investigation and not that which is based on mere imitation, the foundation of Divine Religions and not human imitations.

Exactly.
It is really strange that we meet each other at the same place in the same time, without seeing or knowing ourselves mutually. This is a new world that all human beings around the world can meet and converse instantly. I like this, because it shows that universal education, universal consultation, universal agreement can be attained. I wish that Internet service will be cheap or free, so that all people can enter this planetary forum.
I also love world unity and world peace. I think that this will also be achieved when we have world language, world system to currency, measurement, governance ….
Wishing you good health and happiness.

Abdul-Baha says:

And now shall come to pass even greater things than these, for this is the summons of the Lord of Hosts, this is the trumpet-call of the living Lord, this is the anthem of world peace, this is the standard of righteousness and trust and understanding raised up among all the variegated peoples of the globe; this is the splendour of the Sun of Truth, this is the holiness of the spirit of God Himself. This most powerful of dispensations will encompass all the earth, and beneath its banner will all peoples gather and be sheltered together. Know then the vital import of this tiny seed that the true Husbandman hath, with the hands of His mercy, sown in the ploughed fields of the Lord, and watered with the rain of bestowals and bounties and is now nurturing in the heat and light of the Day-Star of Truth.
