Where does God sleep?

God does not sleep so He can watch over all human beings round the clock.
Our ancestors and our departed relatives in the other world do not sleep either, because they have left their tiresome bodies on earth. They also assist us even in our slumber.
God says that He exists in His pre-existence that we cannot perceive. He sends down His Messengers to tell us about life in the spiritual realm that we understand a little bit now and more in the next life. We are separated from that realm by a veil of light, like the embryos separated from this world just by a veil of flesh.
We are fortunate to live in the cybernatic Age which gives us many means for understanding invisible realities.
God knows what we want to know and He gives us all answers in His Divine education. And mature mankind today know more clearly where to get this education.

Baha’u’llah says:

To every discerning and illuminated heart it is evident that God, the unknowable Essence, the Divine Being, is immensely exalted beyond every human attribute, such as corporeal existence, ascent and descent, egress and regress. Far be it from His glory that human tongue should adequately recount  His praise, or that human heart comprehend His fathomless mystery. He is, and hath ever been, veiled in the ancient eternity of His Essence, and will remain in His Reality everlastingly hidden from the sight of men. “No vision taketh in Him, but He taketh in all vision; He is the Subtile, the All-Perceiving.”

(Baha’u’llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, p. 46)
