WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE ALIVE?

Why do you think people are alive, and why do we all have flaws?

People are alive, because they keep on asking questions.
Dead people are all silent.
We all have flaws, because we are living.
Dead people have nio flaws.
Life is an unfathomable mystery, and our asking questions enables us to make new and newer discoveries. Our potentialities develop and we enjoy greater and greater happiness.
Flaws come from development without moderation. When we step beyond our actual knowledge, we cause damage to ourselves and to society.
With divine guidance from God, we enter a proper education, and we keep on carrying forward an ever-advancing civilization on earth. Heedless people exist in confusion until their time of repentance.

New Addition For This Post

Abdul-Baha says:

His Holiness the Christ says, “Whosoever has not received a portion of the spirit is as dead. Let the dead bury their dead.” This means that although the souls of humanity are living, yet if they are deprived of contact with the spirit they are as dead. In another place Christ says, “You must be baptized with the spirit.” This spirit of faith is the flame of reality, the life of humanity and the cause of eternal illumination. It inspires man to attain the virtues and perfections of the divine world.

It is my hope that each one of you may become conscious of this flame.
