I don’t try to affect other people’s lives and I don’t allow them to affect me. This I can do by submitting my will under the Will of God.
In reality no man can affect other people as they wish. Since all things are relating to all things, so we affect one another collectively, without being separating particular traits. Parents, teachers, leaders may have strong influence on their dependents, but the making of a person is finally personal. Each individual is master of his/her own destiny. Man’s free will is independent. That is why the law cannot accept the sin of this person as the responsibility of another.
God is all powerful, and He himself does not interfere in human freedom.
All human beings are equal in this divine creation.

Abdul-Baha says:

… in the divine teachings equality is brought about through a ready willingness to share. It is commanded as regards wealth that the rich among the people, and the aristocrats should, by their own free will and for the sake of their own happiness, concern themselves with and care for the poor. This equality is the result of the lofty characteristics and noble attributes of mankind.

 Human destiny

Is made by individual

With his own free will
