My dad did not beat my mom.
I do not beat my wife.
My son-in-law does not beat his wife.
I am really lucky for having a non-violent family through generations.
I think the reason for this is that we observe the principle of equality of all human beings taught by Baha’u’llah.
We believe that all human beings are good, noble and intelligent. All can understand the divine truth and coexist peacefully under divine guidance.
The age of violent struggle among tribes is over and the time for world unity has come. Close, intimate, instant cooperation among nations via Internet is becoming a spiritual environment for huge projects in silence.
Now I have no doubt about Heaven on earth.

Abdul-Baha says:

Humanity has emerged from its former degrees of limitation and preliminary training. Man must now become imbued with new virtues and powers, new moralities, new capacities. New bounties, bestowals and perfections are awaiting and already descending upon him. The gifts and graces of the period of youth although timely and sufficient during the adolescence of the  world of mankind, are now incapable of meeting the requirements of its maturity. The playthings of childhood and infancy no longer satisfy or interest the adult mind.
