I am a Baha’i.
Many people in my family, including my parents, have become Baha’is from Buddhist background. My children and grandchildren are now Baha’is, not by tradition but by their own choice.
The Baha’i Teachings cause us to see that Baha’u’llah, the Founder of the Baha’i Faith, is Meitreya Buddha. Since all Buddhas are omniscient, They are also Saviors of all mankind, without exception. Hence, we understand that Baha’u’llah is the return of Sakyamuni, Christ, Muhammad…. He is the Holy Spirit, coming again with a new name, to guide and protect all human beings from suffering and death.
We believe that Baha’u’llah is Divine Educator and we are only human learners. We are not saved unconditionally; but we make progress in development of our potential qualities through sincere and patient practice.
Besides interpretations of the teachings in former Dispensations, Baha’u’llah has revealed new Laws to be applied in this new Age of globalization.
Yes, I am not a perfect Baha’i, but only a learning human being.
New Addition For This Post
O people, do ye imagine that, after rejecting the One through Whom the religions of the world have been made manifest, ye still bear allegiance to the Faith of God? By the righteousness of God! Ye are accounted among the inmates of the Fire. Thus hath the decree been recorded in the Tablets by the Pen of God.
(Baha’u’llah, The Summons of the Lord of Hosts)
Being a Baha’i
I practice divine teachings
