All what I receive is from the omniscient God, so I am wholeheartedly thankful to Him.
He purposefully gives me the supreme purposeful life, above all creatures, with incessant education for me to know Him and to do His Will.
His provisions are so abundant that I cannot use them all and cannot think of anything better to ask for. I cannot use wisely all the air, light, water, food, education. I cannot use all beautiful things in the real world, and now more and more wonderful things on the virtual world. And still I don’t know what to do with the world of dreams and of realities after physical death.
I cannot imagine any powerful king who would give his children that much?
I don’t seek gifts from “life’, for already having got too abundantly from God.
New Addition For This Post
Should there be ignited in thy heart the burning brand of the love of God, thou wouldst seek neither rest nor composure, neither laughter nor repose, but wouldst hasten to scale the highest summits in the realms of divine nearness, sanctity, and beauty. Thou wouldst lament as a soul bereaved and weep as a heart filled with longing. Nor wouldst thou repair to thy home and abode unless God would lay bare before thee His Cause.
(Baha’u’llah, Gems of Divine Mysteries, p. 9)
Realms divine nearness
Supreme longing all men’s souls
That’s true love of God
