It may take some more time to make the change.
For centuries, mankind had to struggle for survival through self-defense. In those days, there had been no world tribunal to take care of ambitious invaders and no local courts to maintain order and security in various localities. Now, we have all these institutions and the Interpol, they will work efficiently to protect all people. Then the nations will reduce the military expenditures for feeding the poor, subsidizing students and unemployed citizens….
Over the Internet, we see clearly the world consent on positive values such as love, peace, unity, dignity, progress, civilization and so on. We will no longer dispute on ideologies, but we only consult on how to build better environment for human life and further development of the true, the good and the beautiful.
Our world will surely become an ideal place for the development of human merit and happy living.
New Addition For This Post
“A new chapter in the life of the planet has been opened. Humanity has attained its maturity, and the race consciousness has awakened to the fact that it must put away the childish things which seemed necessary in the day of the “survival of the fittest.” This day “wherein the feet of the people deviate” is to be followed by a glorious to-morrow; for — “This is a new cycle of human power. All the horizons of the world are luminous and the world will become indeed as a garden and a paradise. It is the hour of unity of the sons of men and of the drawing together of all races and all classes.”
(Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 12)
