WHAT YOUR INNER VOICE IS TELLING YOU?

What’s your inner voice telling you?

It tells me that I should try my best in educating myself
to conduct a good life.
I must educate my children and encourage them to
educate themselves and their children to conduct
a good life.
My family should also participate in educating other
children for the same purpose. Education of girls
should be given higher priority, because they will
become mothers and first teachers of their children.
This, and this alone, will create a better world for all
people, especially the poor people who are suffering
for centuries.
Without education no problems will be solved and
each individual life cannot be transformed. Education
will enable each individual to create transformation
from inside, with new vision, new thoughts, new way
of free and independent life.
Yes, universal education for all children is most
important, most essential, most urgent.

Baha’u’llah says:

“I beseech Thee, O God of bounty and King of all created things, to guard Thy servants from the imaginations which their hearts may devise. Raise them up, then, to such heights that their footsteps may slip not in the face of the evidences of Thy handiwork, which the manifold exigencies of Thy wisdom have ordained, and whose secrets Thou hast hid from the face of Thy people and Thy creatures. Withhold them not, O my Lord, from the ocean of Thy knowledge, neither do Thou deprive them of what Thou didst destine for such of Thy chosen ones as have near access to Thee, and those of Thy trusted ones as are wholly devoted to Thy Self.” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 283)

Live and learn.
I know not what is school in my childhood.
Nobody teaches me anything about life.
I imitate adults with less joy than monkeys.
But I keep on learning and learning as an adult
to overcome my horrible ignorance.
Therefore, I am now bitterly regretful for children
all over the world who are still being deprived of
education.
People are working hard to give physical food,
without knowing that giving spiritual food is essential.
Only when they grow up spiritually, they will be able
to solve the matter of their physical food.
Yes, live and learn, that is the only way for the
betterment of this world.

Baha’u’llah says:

“O ye learned of the world! Ye failed to seek Our presence, that ye might hearken unto the sweet melodies of the Spirit and perceive that which God in His bounty hath pleased to bestow upon Me. Verily, this grace hath now escaped you, did ye but know. Had ye sought Our presence, We would have imparted unto you a knowledge that would have rendered you independent of all else.”

OLDER people: what would you tell to your 35 year old self?

Learn and learn more.
Teach and teach more.
Nothing is more miserable to a child
than to be deprived of education.
Physical education develops vocational skills.
Human education develops intelligence.
Divine education leads to communion with
our common Father in Heaven.
We all want to have a beter life, and there is
no way for attainment except education.
Wishing that in this age of digital advancement,
no child will be left uneducated.

Baha’u’llah says:

“I testify this very moment that Thy mercy hath surpassed all created things, and Thy loving-kindness encompassed all that are in heaven and all that are on earth. From everlasting the doors of Thy generosity were open to the faces of Thy servants, and the gentle winds of Thy grace were wafted over the hearts of Thy creatures, and the overflowing rains of Thy bounty were showered upon Thy people and the dwellers of Thy realm.”

WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM GOAL?

Whats your long term goal?

Im sure everyone’s got goals and ambitions for the future

My goal today is to praise God most sincerely.
My long term goal is to praise God with more
learning and more practice.
The supreme lesson God teaches in all religions
is love. We have to study to understand what is love,
why we love, how to love. We wrongly think that we
already understand the lesson, while love is still
non-existent among couples, family members, and
especially among people of different countries, cultures,
beliefs….
We may set goals to become presidents, popes,
movies superstars…, but what is the use of such
lofty positions when people keep on killing in wars?
I am calling policy makers to establish a world education
system to train all children to become world citizens
and governors in love, unity and peace.

Baha’u’llah says:

“I pray Thee, O Thou Who causest the dawn to appear, by Thy Name through Which Thou hast subjected the winds, and sent down Thy Tablets, that Thou wilt grant that we may draw near unto what Thou didst destine for us by Thy favor and bounty, and to be far removed from whatsoever may be repugnant unto Thee. Give us, then, to drink from the hands of Thy grace every day and every moment of our lives of the waters that are life indeed, O Thou Who art the Most Merciful!” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 37)

I live with God, so I am never alone.
Moreover, I live with people in the real world
where I place this computer, and with with people
on the virtual world where I send this answer.
My life is so busy that I have no time to
think of boredom, monotony, loneliness.
The solution for this happy life is simple:
I read a sacred verse, meditating about
the Will of God and try to please Him and
this takes so much of my busy hours.
Sometimes, I wonder why God gives me only
24 happy hours in a day?! And He says::This
is my justice to all human beings.”

Baha’u’llah says:

“46. O BRETHREN IN THE PATH! Wherefore have ye neglected the mention of the Loved One, and kept remote from His holy presence? The essence of beauty is within the peerless pavilion, set upon the throne of glory, whilst ye busy yourselves with idle contentions. The sweet savors of holiness are breathing and the breath of bounty is wafted, yet ye are all sorely afflicted and deprived thereof. Alas for you and for them that walk in your ways and follow in your footsteps!”

It is fortunate for you to live in this Age.
You don’t have to buy or to borrow the Bible.
It is available at your fingertip.
Read it, meditate on the words of Christ
and conduct a holy life as He commands.
Seek for His return and thankfully translate
into actions His New Laws for this Age.
Wishing you success and happiness.

Before ‘Abdu’l-Bahá left the Church, he wrote in the old Bible used by generations of preachers, the following words in his own native Persian, the translation being added as follows:

Inscription in the Old Bible

Written by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in Persian

“This book is the Holy Book of God, of celestial Inspiration. It is the Bible of Salvation, the Noble Gospel. It is the mystery of the Kingdom and its light. It is the Divine Bounty, the sign of the guidance of God.”

‘Abdu’l-Bahá Abbas.

I WAS JUST TOLD I AM ARROGANT?

Do I really come off this way?

Posted by pukirahe Oct 10th, 2012 at 3:57AM

We know ourself better than anyone else,
therefore we don’t judge and don’t care
about being judged.
The problem of life is that we usually do things
in reverse, We judge others, we expect that others
unsderstand us and we wait for happiness from outside.
In reality, we are master of our own destiny, and we
can conduct a happy life with self-education, self-disciplne,
self-realization. We know our own taste, capacity, aspiration…
and we alone can make efforts to better our own life.
Don’t rely on other people and don’t fear them. In social
connection, we are interdependent and not dependent.

Baha’u’llah says:

“70. O SON OF HIM THAT STOOD BY HIS OWN ENTITY IN THE KINGDOM OF HIS SELF! Know thou, that I have wafted unto thee all the fragrances of holiness, have fully revealed to thee My word, have perfected through thee My bounty and have desired for thee that which I have desired for My Self. Be then content with My pleasure and thankful unto Me.
