Good Question? (4)

We are born ignorant, we grow up ignorant, we die ignorant.
Therefore we have to do our learning first to know what we are ignorant
about, how we can live through ignorance and how we can die
with complete ignorance.
Our life now is almost like our life in our mother’s womb:
we don’t know how we become an egg, an embryo, and a child.
Now, can you tell me what is your spirit, how it is developping,
and how it will live after your physical death?
I have learned something about next life, but if I share
my knowledge, you and other people will surely deny.
Otherwise, how can we have the EP Q&A section?!

Baha’u’llah says:

“Inasmuch as they have not apprehended the meaning of Knowledge, and have called by that name those images fashioned by their own fancy and which have sprung from the embodiments of ignorance, they therefore have inflicted upon the Source of Knowledge that which thou hast heard and witnessed.” (Baha’u’llah, The Kitab-i-Iqan, p. 184)

Should we expect God to answer our prayers if we reject His son?

Nobody can go to God except through His Son, the Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit manifests Himself from Age to Age as Buddha, Christ,
Baha’u’llah…. Through these Temples of Man, we hear the Voice
of God and understand His Will.
We don’t know how to pray. It is not begging like immature kids
without understanding the will of parents. Do any parents refuse
the best things for their children and how many children are truly
The Holy Spirit, comes as Manifestations, teaches us about the
Will of God, through principles, laws, commandments, prayers and
meditations. Without practicing these teachings, we can never obtain
any knowledge about God.
Many people pray in their ways to their imaginary gods, they get nothing,
and they blame gods for hating them! From time immemorial, God shows
the only Way back to Him through His Holy Spirit. That is why true followers
of all religions can thankfully and happily build glorious civilizations.

Baha’u’llah says:

 1. “The first duty prescribed by God for His servants is

the recognition of Him Who is the Dayspring of

His Revelation and the Fountain of His laws, Who

representeth the Godhead in both the Kingdom of His

Cause and the world of creation. Whoso achieveth this

duty hath attained unto all good; and whoso is deprived

thereof hath gone astray, though he be the author of

every righteous deed. It behoveth every one who

reacheth this most sublime station, this summit of

transcendent glory, to observe every ordinance of Him

Who is the Desire of the world. These twin duties are

inseparable. Neither is acceptable without the other.

Thus hath it been decreed by Him Who is the Source of

Divine inspiration.” (Baha’u’llah, The Kitab-i-Aqdas, p. 17)

All people are meant for great things,
because man’s mind is a mine rich
in particular and priceless gems.
I the primitive Age it was believed that
some people are born to be kings
and others to be subjects.
In this Age of human maturity, we realize
that all are equal in esteem before God,
all must be given the opportunites for
education and opportunities for self-realization.
This is why we see on the world arena so many prodiges.
With modern means such as Internet,
IPad, Satellites… we will see that talented people
appearing like stars in heaven.
Sooner or later, all people will know about this fact
and will cooperate with one another to build
the new world with all our particular skills
and capabilities.
This is no more the world of rare Einstein, Chopin
or Gandhi. It is a world of celebrities in new and
old fields of human activities.

Baha’u’llah says:

CXXXII. “The Purpose of the one true God, exalted be His glory, in revealing Himself unto men is to lay bare those gems that lie hidden within the mine of their true and inmost selves. That the divers communions of the earth, and the manifold systems of religious belief, should never be allowed to foster the feelings of animosity among men, is, in this Day, of the essence of the Faith of God and His Religion. These principles and laws, these firmly-established and mighty systems, have proceeded from one Source, and are the rays of one Light. That they differ one from another is to be attributed to the varying requirements of the ages in which they were promulgated.”

I see no possibility for this, because:
Most of us fear aliens.
There is no signs that we will be able to
travel at a speed higher than light.
We have no knowledge to manage a
community quite far away from earth.
Life on earth will face the peril of
colonization and being colonized.
For the time being, we may use other planets
and space among them.
However, there is no harm to try to overcome
any difficulties on our eternal journey
in both physical and spiritual realms.
In a previous post I said I want to visit
something that exists beyond our Big Bang universe.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“And all this newness hath its source in the fresh outpourings of wondrous grace and favour from the Lord of the Kingdom, which have renewed the world. The people, therefore, must be set completely free from their old patterns of thought, that all their attention may be focused upon these new principles, for these are the light of this time and the very spirit of this age.

Unless these Teachings are effectively spread among the people, until the old ways, the old concepts, are gone and forgotten, this world of being will find no peace, nor will it reflect the perfections of the Heavenly Kingdom.”

Am I bad, evil person if I do not believe in God?

What is good and bad?
What is belief in God?
Who gives definiton and makes judgement?
Your question poses three huge questions.
These huge questions require your marvelous
mind to look into all worlds for answer.
The world of nature tells you what is good for you and for mankind.
The world of your soul tells you what is good for you and for mankind.
The world of God tells you what is good for you and for mankind.
Use you free will to make independent search you will
surely find the greatest answer.
Yes, my answer is meaningless.
The answer of Buddha might be too complex.
Only your own answer will tell you what is really good
for you, and is it necessary to be good also for mankind.

What defines what is good and what is evil?

Good Question? (4)

Posted by pukirahe Jul 10th, 2012 at 6:59PM

Truthfulness is good and it makes all things good.
You love your parents truthfully, that is good.
Nobody can read your heart, so nobody can
judge you as good or bad. Even your parents,
they may see signs of love, but they cannot
esteem how truthful it is. Only you yourself
know this truth, and therefore only you can tell
a thing which is good or bad.
And hence, praise or curse of other people are
meaningless. We accept them as courtesy, but
we cannot judge them. Other people don’t know
our truthfulness and we don’t know theirs.
But love, forgiveness, generosity… are always good
because they are the attributes of God. When you
practice these qualities, you can live with a peaceful
conscience, without worrying about applaud or criticism.
I believe you are good, because I learn from the Holy Books
and know that all people are born good. The difference comes
afterwards with sincere or insincere practice.

Because it is spiritual, impersonal,
meaningful, selfless and easy to remember.
All the Baha’is around the world can understand it,
explain it, use it, allow all people to share it,
while the rest of the human race cannot google
for it, and keep on asking who, what, why, when,
where, how?…
