WHY PEOPLE SAY THAT LIFE IS PRECIOUS

Why do most people keep saying that LIFE IS PRECIOUS? Just why? O.o

Because it is precious.
The stone does not know that life is precious.
The plant does not know that life is precious.
The monkey does not know that life is precious.
Only man knows that life is precious because he has the rational sense that other creatures don’t have.
With this power of understanding, man discovers higher and higher values in all things. man sees that the stone is precious, because stone gives jade which would be made into artistic objects that can be used to buy human slaves. Then man knows that the plant is precious, because man cannot live without organic parts of the plant. And man knows that the monkey is precious, because he has greater values than stone and plant.
Then man knows that he is precious because he can produce all things that his race loves and desires!
Moreover, man is discovering greater and greater mysteries in all worlds known and unknown. Life, especially human life, is extremely precious.
