SUPER STRENGTH OR SUPER INTELLIGENCE?

Would you rather have super strength or super intelligence?

Intelligence is master, power is servant.
Intelligence developped by education,
power by training.
Man can never obtain super intelligence
or super power. Imagination about this possession
is extremely dangerous. Arrogance and corruption
are both deadly fatal.
Mature humanity today are learning to live
in harmony, moderation and sincere cooperation.
Individuals will no longer try to dominate masses,
but accompany one another to a collective advancement.
Laws will govern through institutions,
not individuals rule through personal desires.

Abdul-Baha says:

“While the setting up of parliaments, the organizing of assemblies of consultation, constitutes the very foundation and bedrock of government, there are several essential requirements which these institutions must fulfill. First, the elected members must be righteous, God-fearing, high-minded, incorruptible. Second, they must be fully cognizant, in every particular, of the laws of God, informed as to the highest principles of law, versed in the rules which govern the management of internal affairs and the conduct of foreign relations, skilled in the useful arts of civilization, and content with their lawful emoluments.”

Abdul-Baha says:

“Today throughout the five continents of the globe it is Europe and most sections of America that are renowned for law and order, government and commerce, art and industry, science, philosophy and education. Yet in ancient times these were the most savage of the world’s peoples, the most ignorant and brutish. They were even stigmatized as barbarians — that is, utterly rude and uncivilized….The basis of Europe’s progress and civilization was actually laid in the fifteenth century of the Christian era, and from that time on, all her present evident culture has been, under the stimulus of great minds and as a result of the expansion of the frontiers of knowledge and the exertion of energetic and ambitious efforts, in the process of development.” (Abdu’l-Baha, The Secret of Divine Civilization, p. 9)

NAME THE 3 BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT?

For American-Civics Test. Name the 3 Branches of Government

Asked By: tiki187 1 hour ago

This is actually a trick question. There are actually FOUR branches of government.
The Executive
The Legislative
The Judicial
THE PEOPLE.
Funny how we have been allowed to forget that.

Good Question? (5)

Posted by pukirahe Sep 18th, 2012 at 4:38AM

Mature human beings may think of five branches,
because these three branches cannot maintain
the balance. The emphasis is still placed on the
Executice or Head of Executive branch. The Lower
House should be independent to truly represent the
people. The King is true Head of the country without
individual power. He/She symbolizes the Soul
of the Nation.
In such advanced societies all citizens must be educated
about governement and all adults must participate in
the election. All are voters and candidates, no campaign,
no introduction. Salaries should be equal to teachers, no
more or less. Elected members are truly guides and
servants of the peole. King with no power can stay for life,
others will be re-elected every year.
All these matters are really important. All governments must
be truly of the people, by the people and for the people.
Constitution be drafted by the Congress and approved
by all Five Branches. Amendments done the same way.
When these governments succeed on national level, we
can expect that it also succeeds on the International level,
with the power never falls into the hands of a person or
a group of people.
It is hoped that with the opinions of mature citizens expressed
indirectly through the Congress and directly on the Internet,
we will have a perfect Government to maintain love, unity
and peace for the whole planet.

“Stranger even than this episode is the fact that the government of Japan was in the beginning subject to and under the protection of China, and that now for some years, Japan has opened its eyes and adopted the techniques of contemporary progress and civilization, promoting sciences and industries of use to the public, and striving to the utmost of their power and competence until public opinion was focused on reform. This government has currently advanced to such a point that, although its population is only one-sixth, or even one-tenth, that of China, it has recently challenged the latter government, and China has finally been forced to come to terms. Observe carefully how education and the arts of civilization bring honor, prosperity, independence and freedom to a government and its people.”

Abdul-Baha says:

“Everything is transformed. The existing government of France cannot adapt itself to the requirements of the middle ages. As everything evolves, so also does religion – as witness the doctrines that are losing their influence today. All religious rites and ceremonies, when adhered to, become the cause of destruction and struggle. Look at the war in the Balkans. Can you imagine anything more terrible? Men have arisen against their brothers and both armies think they act in accordance with principle. If each side would put into practice the true principles of its own religion, there could be no further strife.

This is the day when dogmas must be sacrificed in our search for truth.”

WHO CONTROLS THE WORLD ECONOMY?

Who controls the world economy

Asked By: bazzam 4 hours ago

Good Question? (4)

Posted by pukirahe Jul 29th, 2012 at 3:42AM

We don’t have a world economy, we don’t have a government,
we don’t have a law system for the world, so everything is gone wild.
Air pollution, global warming, financial crisis…. have become world
problems, but all are dealt with mainly on national basis. We really
need urgently a world government.
If national leaders don’t hold world conferences for this urgent
matter, some individuals may stand out and make dangerous
experiments with personal initiatives.
Perhaps, each country should form a Ministry of Peace
that hold daily consultations among all nations about the
establishment of a world government, thinking of global
problems and global solutions to be applied. Any complete
agreements reached by all Ministers of Peace should be
implemented gradually and peacefully through the United Nations.
This practice may lead to final agreement about the establishment
of a world government which is more perfect than the present UN.
The establishment of a world government is clearly an urgent
requirement, but the danger is also very great without
careful preparations.
Let us think of it, do something for it, before it becomes too late.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“The attainment of any object is conditioned upon knowledge, volition and action. Unless these three conditions are forthcoming there is no execution or accomplishment. In the erection of a house it is first necessary to know the ground and design the house suitable for it; second, to obtain the means or funds necessary for the construction; third, to actually build it. Therefore a power is needed to carry out and execute what is known and admitted to be the remedy for human conditions; namely, the unification of mankind. Furthermore, it is evident that this cannot be realized through material process and means. The accomplishment of this unification cannot be through racial power, for races are different and diverse in tendencies. It cannot be through patriotic power, for nationalities are unlike. Nor can it be effected through political power since the policies of governments and nations are various. That is to say, any effort toward unification through these material means would benefit one and injure another because of unequal and individual interests.”

IS YOUR RELIGION BETTER THAN OTHERS?

What makes your religion better than the others ?

Asked By: zbignue 2 hours ago

I’ve been told that a particular christian religion is better than another christian religion. How can this be when they both believe in the same god ?

Good Question? (3)

Answer by pukirahe Apr 8th, 2012 at 9:54PM

My religion is the continuity, the promised one,
the renewal of all religions. It causes me to love
the One True God, to love all religions and to love
all mankind.
It is not a synthetic, a critic, a modification of former
religions. It is clearly the prophetic fulfillment of the
promise of the Holy Spirit in His previous manifestations.
That is why it is perfectly new and perfectly ancient.
Yes, no men can accomplish
such a thing except the Holy Spirit Himself.
I don’t expect any human beings to believe me, but I
strongly believe that all people who get into direct contact
with the Holy Spirit will be completely convinced, as
billions members of the human race did throughout history.
All hail to the Holy Spirit for His glorious return
in this Great Day of God.

“According to the fundamental laws which We have formerly revealed in the Kitáb-i-Aqdas and other Tablets, all affairs are committed to the care of just kings and presidents and of the Trustees of the House of Justice. Having pondered on that which We have enunciated, every man of equity and discernment will readily perceive, with his inner and outer eyes, the splendours of the day-star of justice which radiate therefrom.
The system of government which the British people have adopted in London appeareth to be good, for it is adorned with the light of both kingship and of the consultation of the people.” (Baha’u’llah, Tablets of Baha’u’llah, p. 92)

DOES THE GOVERNMENT ENJOY CHEATING?

Does the GOVERNMENT enjoy cheating?

Asked By: cart1000 1 hour ago

Answer by pukirahe Mar 13th, 2012 at 6:02PM

No governments want to cheat their citizens;
and it is really hard for anyone who wants
to do so with millions of people and mass media.
In reality, the truth is hard to catch, to understand and to apply.
For example, the concrete matter of food distribution.
Who really knows who among the citizens are suffering
this injustice and who are responsible for it?
Then, how more confusing the matter of human rights!
The solution for our social justice cannot be assigned
to any persons or groups of persons. We need a proper
system of world education to produce new individuals
who will be truly compassionate and knowledgeable
to build proficient institutions and civilized communities.
Wishing that the UN agencies will give good counsels
to various governments so that we all can build a better
world by the middle of this century.

2. O SON OF SPIRIT! The best beloved of all things in My sight is Justice; turn not away therefrom if thou desirest Me, and neglect it not that I may confide in thee. By its aid thou shalt see with thine own eyes and not through the eyes of others, and shalt know of thine own knowledge and not through the knowledge of thy neighbor. Yes, we will have a world government to
solve global problems with a world
educational system. As intelligent beings,
we don’t want the world to collapse with
anarchy or with tribal struggles.
The proof of this wise tendency is the establishment

Abdul-Baha says:

“In former times men either became believers, or else they became enemies of the Cause of God. For instance, in the time of Moses, all those who believed in Him as a Prophet and in the unity of God, became of the faithful. In the time of Christ, those who believed in the divinity of the Father and that Jesus was the Word, became disciples. Faith consisted in the blind acceptance of these truths and those who accepted were considered saved, the rest were doomed to perdition.
But in this day the question is far more important. Faith does not consist in belief, it consists in deeds.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 38)

Lack of education is hell.
With education we can get the meaning of our life,
we can overcome difficulties, we can conduct our
life in dignity, freedom and quality.
Adults should try their best from illiteracy upward.
Children of poor family should be supported by
