Giving alms is good, but it does not create change.
Love is good, but lip service is of no use.
The real need of all human beings is knowledge
for thinking, for living positively, usefully, progressively.
So the most urgent thing to do now is self-educating,
educating one’s children, educating orphans…
in order to create radical change.
The most important, the most urgent, the most
necessary fhing for all men, women, children
to start a completely new and significant life
is recognition of the Divine Educator and
getting the universal lesson of love, unity and peace.
Otherwise, we will keep on suffering vainlessly
in our old world of deadly habits, beliefs and practices.
We need new education to live anew.

Baha’u’llah says:

“This is a Tablet wherein the Pen of the Unseen hath inscribed the knowledge of all that hath been and shall be — a knowledge that none other but My wondrous Tongue can interpret. Indeed My heart as it is in itself hath been purged by God from the concepts of the learned and is sanctified from the utterances of the wise. In truth naught doth it mirror forth but the revelations of God. Unto this beareth witness the Tongue of Grandeur in this perspicuous Book.”

I define love based on my love to God:
Fully submitting to His Will.
Sincerely being obedient to His commands.
(Reading Holy Books morning and evenng
to know how to practice faithfully His commands).
Devotedly serving His Cause.
Incessantly sharing His knowledge to other people.
Trustfully placing all my affairs in His Hand
Making the habit of remembering Him always.
Seeking only for His guidance and protection.

WHAT YOUR INNER VOICE IS TELLING YOU?

What’s your inner voice telling you?

Asked By: bornconfused (18-21, F) 13 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Nov 12th, 2012 at 4:34PM

It tells me that I should try my best in educating myself
to conduct a good life.
I must educate my children and encourage them to
educate themselves and their children to conduct
a good life.
My family should also participate in educating other
children for the same purpose. Education of girls
should be given higher priority, because they will
become mothers and first teachers of their children.
This, and this alone, will create a better world for all
people, especially the poor people who are suffering
for centuries.
Without education no problems will be solved and
each individual life cannot be transformed. Education
will enable each individual to create transformation
from inside, with new vision, new thoughts, new way
of free and independent life.
Yes, universal education for all children is most
important, most essential, most urgent.

Baha’u’llah says:

“I beseech Thee, O God of bounty and King of all created things, to guard Thy servants from the imaginations which their hearts may devise. Raise them up, then, to such heights that their footsteps may slip not in the face of the evidences of Thy handiwork, which the manifold exigencies of Thy wisdom have ordained, and whose secrets Thou hast hid from the face of Thy people and Thy creatures. Withhold them not, O my Lord, from the ocean of Thy knowledge, neither do Thou deprive them of what Thou didst destine for such of Thy chosen ones as have near access to Thee, and those of Thy trusted ones as are wholly devoted to Thy Self.” (Baha’u’llah, Prayers and Meditations by Baha’u’llah, p. 283)

DEFINING A PERSON’S PERSONALITY?

How is a person’s personality define? by their words or their actions?

Asked By: godgiftowomen (22-25, M) 24 minutes ago

Good Question? (4)

Posted by pukirahe Nov 9th, 2012 at 8:38PM

Not by words or actions, but by thoughts.
We cannot read other people’s thoughts
so we cannot define.
In reality, we are what we think.
Morever, thoughts are not inanimate objects,
they travel faster than the speed of light to
where we don’t know. Finally, they will make
the man angel or animal with man’s consent.
Divine education shows us how to make
our spirit master of our thoughts. Then, we will
become true master with our choice.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Personality is of two kinds. One is the natural or God-given personality which the western thinkers call individuality, the inner aspect of man which is not subject to change; and the other personality is the result of acquired arts, sciences and virtues with which man is decorated. When the God-given virtues are thus adorned, we have character. When the infinite effulgences of God are revealed in the individuality of man, then divine attributes, invisible in the rest of creation, become manifest through him and one man becomes the manifestor of knowledge, that is, divine knowledge is revealed to him; another is the dawning place of power; a third is trustworthy; again, one is faithful, and another is merciful.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 130)

EXCHANGING RELIGION FOR LOVE?

Would you sacrifice your Religion for someone you truly love?

Good Question? (19)

Posted by pukirahe Nov 8th, 2012 at 6:15PM

Religion is not a thing to use as a sacrifice.
Religion is not a thing to be forgotten.
Religion is not a thing to be possessed or lost.
Religion is not a label to bear or to throw away.
Religion is not a blind belief.
Religion is not a primitive superstition.
Religion is not a traditional sentiment.
Religion is not a theist congregation.
Religion is not what people know or imagine.
Religion is divine education from God
teaching man why and how they can love profoundly
and selflessly all mankind. This education is not
a physical heritage, it is truth perceived
and practiced sincerely by personal learning
through the Holy Books revealed by the successive
Divne Messengers of God, such as Buddha, Christ, Baha’u’llah….

Know thou that the great ethical foundation of knowledge is divine revelation and the basis of religion is reality itself. It is like unto the sun which shines on all things making them clear and luminous, whereas lesser lights as well as superstitious beliefs illumine but one aspect of things leaving room for shade and doubt.

BELIEVING IN INVISIBLE THINGS?

¿Why believe in Satan, but not Santa?

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Nov 7th, 2012 at 5:45PM

Because visible things are not real.
The village where I was born is now
only a ricefield, the road I used to walk
on is now covered with grass, the friends
I played together in childhood have disappeared.
The virtual world is so real that all my activities
are performed up here: learning, exchanging
opinions, getting accurate information about the
achievements of co-religionists in other countries….
It seems that the mature humanity will spend more
time for meditation about the invisible world of Revelation.

I wish to awaken you out of your deep slumber. Do you know in what day you are living? Do you realize in what dispensation you exist? Have you not read in the holy scriptures that at the consummation of the ages there would dawn a day — the sum total of all past days? This is the day when the Lord of hosts hath come on the clouds of glory.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 37)

I am more and more hungry spiritually.
I want to get knowledge about many things,
but the more I learn, the more new realities
require recognition. I don’t know what is
Higgs boson, what is string universes, what is
the virtual world, the real world, the life after life…
I am answering questions up here for more
learning, for example, to know more about
the thinking of human beings on the same word.
Hunger? What exactly is hunger? What is physical
food? What is spiritual food? Who can provide
food for the satisfaction of each individual and
of all human beings?…
Now I am more hungry than a moment ago.

Suffer me to ascend into  Thy presence. The power of Thy might beareth me witness! Such are the tribulations with which I am encompassed that I am powerless to recount them before Thy face. I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN IGNORANCE?

Fearful of the truth, I hid, id rather live in ignorance, would you?

Asked By: deleriously (41-45, M) 22 minutes ago.

Good Question? (3)

Posted by pukirahe Nov 6th, 2012 at 4:36PM

Fear itself is bad; fear of truth is the worst,
because this is fear of something we don’t know yet.
Yes, what is truth? We all don’t know.
But once we ask questions, as rational beings,
we must try our best to get the answers.
Truth is reality that we can define, describe
and apply for the betterment of our life.
At the beginning of this Age of human maturity
we have our new Educator, but most of us have
not yet submit under His education.
We have to seek for Him to get the clear
knowledge as people in the past did under
the guidance of Buddha, Christ, Muhammad….
This new Messenger of God, the Promised One
of all religions, will lead us to
all truth and truth will set us free.
No, mankind can never live in ignorance.

Noisy.
Presidential elections occur in all countries,
but this one is noisiest. It appears as here is
the only place that people will make one of
two persons into the greatest, the most saintly
ruler.
Perhaps, now is no longer the Age for saintly kings.
It is the Age of government of the people, by the people
and for the people. It means that people establish
institutions, and representing members of those
institutions make collective decisions for the happiness
of all citizens.
Political parties, religious associations, influential
organizations…. should not interfere in the work of
this new government of all people.
Silently thoughtful, prayerful, meditative elections may
bring out better results.

No, no, and to this Thy glory beareth me witness! I testify this very moment that Thy mercy hath surpassed all created things, and Thy loving-kindness encompassed all that are in heaven and all that are on earth. IS HATE NECESSARY IN THIS WORLD?

Is hate necessary in this world?

Asked By: Ortinbras (18-21, M) 22 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Nov 6th, 2012 at 3:26PM

Yes, hate is very necessary.
The world will only become better when
I firmly hate ignorance in me and try my best
to attain knowledge.
Everybody know that education will annihilate
ignorance, but which education is good that
is another problem. Many educated people
are still quarrelling and standing on deadly
opposing fronts! That is why I keep on adding
the word ‘proper’ to education – the education
that leads all people to love, unity and peace.
I don’t hate people, I only hate ignorance. And I
pray that proper education will be provided to
all people. I am heartfully thankful to God
for enabling mankind to place all Holy Books
on the Internet.
