WHAT DOES LOVE LOOK LIKE?

What does LOVE Look Like

Physically rosy like rose, sweet like honey, joyful like monkey.
Mentally harmonious, spiritually ascending,
Divinely colorless and eternal.
In love, two beings become totally one
in this world and in the world to come.
From them there will be happy families
of many generations.
Such love requires essentially a proper education.
In the previous centuries such education for love
was reserved for princes and princesses.
Now it becomes popular for all the chidren of God
who are in truth more noble than royal members.
This is the Age of human maturity, so all people
know how to receive divine knowledge which is nowadays
more abundant than water of the seas.

Abdul-Baha says:

“May our eyes be ever awake; may the windows of our minds be flung awide, so that when the messenger appeareth, we may not be deprived of his glory through the veils of preconceived ideas; so that when the heavenly herald shouts the word of God, we may not be deaf; so that when the holy fragrance of the paradise of the Almighty be diffused, our nostrils may not be afflicted with cold. May we be enabled to inhale the perfume, behold the splendor, hearken to the voice and be regenerated with the spirit of the new day.”

DEPRESSION A DISORDER OF THE SOUL?

A famous psychologist said depression is nothing else but a disoreder of your soul. Do you agree?

Good Question? (4)

The soul is good, it can never be affected by
environment or ailment, disorder. Children
are not depressed because their souls are pure.
Depression comes by intellect, an aspect of the soul,
which is affected by bad behaviour in education.
A proper education in a healthy community affects its
members positively, and the members contribute
more good to it.
Today, it is suggested that, a proper education,
physical, human and divine, should be developed
for children and teens to empower them before
all tests of life. And such good communities are emerging.
In previous centuries, education was available only for
the privileged classes; but today education is available
freely for all peole, especially on the Internet.
Parents should spend sometimes to search it for
themselves, and especially for their children.

Abdul-Baha says:

“Education holds an important place in the new order of things. The education of each child is compulsory. If there is not money enough in a family to educate both the girl and the boy the money must be dedicated to the girl’s education, for she is the potential mother. If there are no parents the community must educate the child. In addition to this widespread education each child must be taught a profession, art, or trade, so that every member of the community will be enabled to earn his own livelihood. Work done in the spirit of service is the highest form of worship.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 83)

WHO DO YOU THINK IS EVIL?

Who do you think is evil?

Asked By: Shamgar 40 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Aug 26th, 2012 at 4:09AM

I really don’t think anyone is evil, because I am not omniscient.
Even dead people such as Judas, Genghis Khan, Staline…
perhaps God had forgiven them or judged them by His
Supreme Justice, that these people are now
conducting a better life than me.
Although I am not condemned by any courts for any sins,
but I dare not think that I am really good. And I don’t know
what sins I may commit before my last breath.
Therefore, instead of judging other people, I think it
is best for each individual to bring himself into account
every day and making efforts for repentance.
As for people who commit open or hidden sins, the government
will take care of them. Today, we have no better correction
institution besides the judiciary agencies, that still commit lots
of mistakes in their duties. But individual judgment
would be worse.
It is hoped that in our more and more civilized societies,
each individual will observe well the self-discipline with
higher and higher standards of morality.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“The essential thing is the spiritual law – the outer material law is of small moment, because material life has natural laws to protect it, but humanity lacks spiritual education and needs instruction on the divine qualities. Christ gave this great foundation, as did Muhammad, the Báb and Baha’u’llah. They are all one. There is no difference in their teachings. When we come to kind actions and to striving for the highest ideals of humanity, these things remain the same in all ages, in all countries and in all tongues.

The sun is always the sun. According to the position of the earth we receive its radiation differently.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 69)

DESCRIBE LIFE IN ONE WORD?

Describe life in one word?

Love.
With love life is life, without love life is death.
Moreover, life is beauty, without beauty,
life is boring, especially spiritual beauty.
Moreover, life is learning, without learning,
the darkness of ignorance will lead to suffering.
Life, Love, Beauty… are evident and mysterious.
Education will tell the truth about them and
show us how to live with complete enjoyment,
happiness and progress.
Education is taught is schools, in nature and
in our own soul. It is not informative facts,
it is truth told by the Messengers of God in
physical, human and divine education.
Today, this education is available for
all human beings free of charge. And Internet
is really an efficient instrument.

Abdu’l-Baha says:

“Personality is obtained through the conscious effort of man by training and education. A fruitless tree under the influence of a wise gardener becomes fruitful; a slab of marble under the hand of a sculptor becomes a beautiful statue. The ruined places are built up by captains of industry; the ignorant children learn the secrets of phenomena under the tutelage of a wise teacher. The crooked branch becomes straight through cultivation.

It is evident that we have two modes for the expression of life, – individuality and personality, – the former becomes as the son of God and the latter the son of man.” (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, p. 132)

WOULD YOU SHARE YOUR SECRET WITH ME?

If I shared my secret with you , would you share Yours with Me ?

Asked By: millipede 24 minutes ago

Posted by pukirahe Aug 25th, 2012 at 5:32PM

No, for privacy is sacred.
In fact, we can never distinguish anything
as reality or mystery.
You, a great scientist, place your finger
on my palm saying: “I entrust you with 10 atoms,
please keep them for me.” How can I obey?
If you, my closest friend, entrust me with a sentiment
from your heart, it is more difficult for me. And it would
be deadly if that secret were leaking!
Perhaps we should neither whisper anything
to other people’s ears, nor accepting whisperings.
Lots of conflicts occur among friends and countries
due to hiding and entrusting secrets.
Let all things appear openly.
In this age of global relationship,
we really need more transparency.

Baha’u’llah says:

“Intone, O My servant, the verses of God that have been received by thee, as intoned by them who have drawn nigh unto Him, that the sweetness of thy melody may kindle thine own soul, and attract the hearts of all men. Whoso reciteth, in the privacy of his chamber, the verses revealed by God, the scattering angels of the Almighty shall scatter abroad the fragrance of the words uttered by his mouth, and shall cause the heart of every righteous man to throb.”

WISHING FOR ANYTHING IN ONLY 3 WORDS?

If you could wish for anything in only 3 words what would you wish for?

Asked By: angelina408 11 minutes ago

You can Not wish for something continuous like “more wishes please.” And it has to be serious.
You also have to use proper grammar instead of stuff like “i rich peace”

Good Question? (3)

Love of God.
This is not only sufficient for me
but for all beings in all worlds known
and unknown.
In fact, this is not a wish, but it is
a recognition.
When a person recognizes the Messenger of God
for his Age, this Messenger will teach him
what is the love of God and how to receive it.
God loves all unconditionally, but they who are heedless
cannot gain the immense benefit of this love.
The sun shines on all creatures, but things that do not
expose to it cannot receive life.

Baha’u’llah says:

“18. O YE DWELLERS IN THE HIGHEST PARADISE! Proclaim unto the children of assurance that within the realms of holiness, nigh unto the celestial paradise, a new garden hath appeared, round which circle the denizens of the realm on high and the immortal dwellers of the exalted paradise. Strive, then, that ye may attain that station, that ye may unravel the mysteries of love from its wind-flowers and learn the secret of divine and consummate wisdom from its eternal fruits. Solaced are the eyes of them that enter and abide therein!”
